by Sean on 04/26/2021I was able to test drive the car i was looking at quickly and find out what was in stock and able to choose to purchase it as quickly. Pricing was good and the car was clean and ready quickly. Daniel trained me how to use the car. I would… note since i didn't have a USB cable i wasn't able to sync my phone to the car while there. I would note that providing technology cables (as free/paid options) would go a long way to making the experience next level. Its like buying the toy for christmas and not having batteries. Everything needed to make it work like it can should be available. (USB cables, HDMI converter, entertainment system peripherals, etc.) The finance part took a short time, but it took over an hour to get to see a finance guy cause of staffing issues. This part of the process is archaic and silly. I should have been able to make my decisions from the sales desk using an iPad or something, inputting all my details and getting recommendations based upon my driving style, cost, etc. (upsells are done all the time online and you don't need to funnel people to good closers). In fact if you did it right, you could have people qualified and making decisions prior to actually saying a firm yes. Getting people in and out quick would increase overall sales and reduce needed staffing. Also, i wanted to put 10k on credit card and only 5k was allowed. I don't know a good reason why not since i know people buy cars on credit regularly. I would recommend this dealer to friends due to the staff, availability, and pricing.Great experience with Daniel G
