Rami is super helpful and knows his stuff. He was upfront and honest, and took the time to explain thoroughly so I could understand what was happening with my deal. Customer service is top notch and I was taken care of from start to… finish by everyone in the dealership. Theodore was excellent at explaing the features of the trailblazer and providing more excellent customer service.

Outstanding experience

We have been a customer of Phillips Chevrolet for almost 10 years now. We have an… outstanding relationship with Robert N., who is now the Commercial/Fleet Sales manager at the Frankfort location. Robert never hesitates to assist us with any need we have even though he is now on the Commercial end. After a few conversations with my husband, and Robert's knowledge of where my husband works and his commute, Robert offered us a 24 test drive to ensure this vehicle would, in fact, meet our needs. Robert then set us up with Steve S. who assisted us with the sale. Steve answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and provided us with some comic relief during the long, tedious process of car-buying. Steve went out of his way to address me and speak to me directly, even though this car was for my husband; which was very much appreciated (when we purchased my car 3 years ago, the salesman we had only spoke to my husband like I wasn't even there). Steve was able to secure us as a customer and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.Thank you and your husband for choosing Phillips Chevrolet! Nicest dealership in town

He took the time to understand what I needed as a customer and did not push me into anything I did… not want to purchase or look at. Brian took the time to get to know each of my family members that went into the shop with me as well. He was kind, patient and honest the entire time I was at the dealership. He laid everything out plain and simple for me which is exactly what I needed to see. Mr. K. was willing to help me with every step of purchasing my new car, something I hadn't seen from previous salesman. It was service above and beyond here at Phillips. Overall, I had the perfect experience shopping at Phillips Chevrolet because of Brian K. I couldn't have asked for a more genuine, kind person to have worked with. I will be recommending Phillips Chevrolet to all of my friends and family.Thank you! What a great review! Great Service
by randy137 on 03/10/2014updated 04/28/2025A recent accident prompted me to need a new car. After spending nearly 12 hours bouncing from dealer to dealer, we finially settled at Phillips Chevrolet. We were introduced to a young man named Steven P. Many of the other salesman from the… "other" dealerships needed to check on current deals and were a bit fuzzy on auto options. NOT STEVEN! He was very knowledgible on every model and knew how every feature worked! My wife and I had our two small children with us. The folks at Phillips found them a comfy place to watch TV and play video games while we shopped. They offered us beverages and snacks and anything else that would make our experience more comfortable! Due to the time we wasted at the other dealerships, we showed up at Phillips pretty close to closing time. No one had an issue with this and the whole Phillips Team was committed to staying until we had all of our paperwork completed ... it was nearly midnight! The paperwork was easy and hassle free and was all explained to us very clearly. There were no surprise fees. I would definitely recommend this dealership for all of your new and used auto needs.We are sorry to hear about your accident; thankful everyone is ok.
