Rami was the best
Salesman came in on his day off!!!
by Jackson05 on 09/13/2016It was time to upgrade my vehicle, so I walked into Phillips Chevy and asked the first salesman I made eye contact with if I could see new Silverado's 2500 diesel. He had customers coming in so he introduced me to Teague. I told Teague I… had a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500, Crew Cab, diesel with an 8 foot bed and that I was looking for something similar but maybe with the standard bed. He got right to work looking for a truck, then pulled some keys. It was hot out that day, but he was patient as we went from truck to truck. He was very knowledgeable about the features of each and helped me determine what was important for me to have in a new truck. I left that day having narrowed it down to 2 trucks: a black one fully loaded w a sunroof and silver one. During the 2 days between my first visit and when I would bring my husband, I searched used trucks, Ford trucks, Chevy trucks. I even test drove a Ford! I found on the Phillips website the 2016 Silverado 2500 Midnight edition with a diesel engine. Teague called me Wednesday and I asked to see the Midnight truck and a silver one, because the fully loaded one had a sunroof I was not crazy about. Thursday I came to the dealership with my husband and daughter. We drove the silver truck first and discussed its options. Then we took the Midnight edition for a test drive and there was no going back. My entire family loved it and it rode like a dream. We put a deposit down on it that night. During this whole process Teague was awesome. Beyond his knowledge of the trucks, he was funny, personable and was great with my daughter. The truck had a recall for the MyLink system so I couldn't take it home and Teague was really great about breaking the news. But the thing that put his service over the top is that he came in on HIS DAY OFF to close the deal so I could get into my new truck. I really enjoyed buying this truck and would absolutely recommend this dealership and specifically Teague to anyone looking for a vehicle.Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review for Teague!! New Truck

A gentleman by the name Rami was my salesman and he was very patient/ knowledgeable. He genuinely didn't want to waste my… time and worked to get me in that 2016 Silverado. I'd like to also thank Eric who got me that great payment, as well as the entire staff at Phillips. Customer for life...? I'd say, feels like home.Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Used car purchase with Joe
by karlp59 on 08/17/2016Phillips Chevy had a Toyota Corolla that was reasonably priced all things considered. I met Joe Hamdan and he did everything he could to help me get the car. The car had a dead battery on the lot, so he brought out a battery cart so I could… see if everything worked. He tried to get the service dept to swap out the battery with a new one - but after more than an hour of waiting for them to do that he got them to just put the old battery back in so I could take the car to my mechanic. Things do not move quickly in the back. The car checked out OK, though the bad battery meant Phillips had to send it to a Toyota dealer to clear the airbag warning light. That took another day. When I came in to negotiate the price, we played the usual game people have to go through. I was able to get some money off, though I could have gone elsewhere and paid quite a bit less for the exact same vehicle, I decided to finish the deal at Phillips because of Joe. He's the good cop in the good cop/bad cop roles that are played out at the dealership. I bought the car for my daughter and Joe treated her as any dad would want - with respect and kindness. He gave her a $20 gas card on the way out and made sure we were completely taken care of. I don't know much about the rest of the dealership, but after spending a few hours with Joe, I can certainly recommend him as a salesman.Thank you for your feedback, it helps us to improve. New Silverado purchase was great!
by 16bigred on 07/12/2016I went in to Phillips because I saw a great price advertised on their website on the truck I was looking for. I assumed there would be a catch, or the price wouldn't be real, but it was. I met Joe Hamdan when I got there, and he got… things going very quickly. I test drove the truck, and they got me a value on my trade. After a few minutes of friendly negotiations, we had a deal! They put everything in black and white with no fuzzy math or hidden fees that always seem to pop up at other dealers. Altogether, I was in and out of the dealership in just over two hours! I had my 4 year old daughter with me, so this was great! Joe even gave her a Phillips Chevrolet heart stuffed toy! This was a great experience with great people. Joe Hamdan is a super nice guy, and the service after the sale has been very good also. Not only do I love my new Silverado, but the whole experience was great!Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Phillips Chevrolet! by khafner23 on 06/16/2016I was looking to buy my first "real" car for about a month or so and was doing a lot of research and shopping around. When I finally decided that I wanted a Chevy Equinox I visited two other Chevy dealerships before I ended up at Phillips.… My mom was actually the one who suggested going there, and made a stop to get some information for me while I was at work. I was originally looking for a used Equinox no older than a 2013. But when my mother talked to Mike Herris and Stephen Robertson, they informed her of rebates that were available that may make buying a new 2016 Equinox affordable for me. I was going to trade in my 2007 Toyota Camry and at the last minute I sold it to my boyfriend and decided to trade in his old car, a 2007 Ford Taurus. Stephen was so patient with me and my family, no matter how many changes I made. They gave me a great price for my trade in, and worked with me on interest rates to get my payments as close to my budget as possible. Both Mike and Stephen were extremely helpful and incredibly kind. Normally, for someone like me, a purchase this big would be very stressful and nerve racking. Mike and Stephen made me, and my mom, feel so comfortable. They really listened to what I wanted and did everything they could to get it for me. A salesman who really listens.
by RBryce539 on 05/24/2016I had visited a few different dealerships before coming to Phillips Chevrolet for their Memorial Day Sale. A few different dealerships where the salesmen's showed me pick up trucks that they thought I was looking for even though I came in… with very specific wants/needs. Joe Luque met my husband and myself at the doors and LISTENED to what I said I wanted. He showed me a few so that we could get options narrowed down then off to the truck lot we went. Joe left us at one truck that my husband had seen on their website while he went walking the aisles with a purpose. With in just a few minutes, his voice called out, "I found your truck" and he had. Joe really had listened and found my truck with out showing me half a dozen wrong trucks before we walked out in disgust. It was very nice to have a salesman take a girl seriously when she says she wants a pick up truck. I now have a woman's pick up truck with total attitude with out it looking like I'm trying to prove something. My last Chevy lasted 18 years so I'm looking forward to keeping this Silverado 1500 for, hopefully, that long also. Only place I'll buy a car from

If you're looking for a car, go see Tim Rath and he'll hook you up.… The guy knows his cars and can answer any questions you have. I've had some painful car buying experiences in the past, but Tim went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable...he even bought me lunch! And after you make the deal with Tim, ask to work with Emir Cordic in the finance department. I worked with him on both of my purchases, and everything was straight forward with no bs...just the way buying a car should be.Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Best Car Buying Experience!

I had a issue a few weeks after purchase and he even drove to my house to pick up the car… and brought be a loaner car because I couldn't make it in. I don't think you could get that kind of service at any other dealer! Their prices were below any other dealer I looked at. The best part is everyone qualifies for there price unlike most of the other dealers I looked at.Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I now have the Malibu led and couldn't be happier ! It's an amazing… car! I never would of never picked a Malibu but once it was brought to my attention from my salesman I tried it out and absolutly fell in love !
