Awful sales experience from manager Faris Nijim
by Kk on 10/31/2022Faris Nijim the sales manager is full of Lies and incompetent. Stay away from this place at all cost, this place is rude and arrogant. I order a car from Exchange Porsche and the sales rep Steven was good. The arrogant sales manager Faris… came in and became very rude and used abusive language when I asked for a modification of the order and refused to do take any action and instructed the sales agent to not communicate with me. He proceeded to cancel my order because I reached out to Porsche North America. Porsche confirmed that the sales manager did know know the procedure to request the modification and is incompetent. This place has no priority on customer service and it starts with the lousy sales manager Faris Nijim who is full of lies. Avoid this place at all cost. I have email communication to show how rude and incompetent he is. Again stay away from this place and take your business to Westmont, Lincolnwood Porsche or any other Porsche dealership other than this oneZachary Hansen, stop lying. I know you are part of the incompetent team at Exchange Porsche but you should know your facts before responding. Porsche North America confirmed in writing that the change could be made. Faris Nijim is arrogant and an incompetent sales “manager. The order was cancel by Faris Nijim and he and the dealership Porsche Exchange refused to issue a refund. Again, this place is awful and has terrible customer service. If you are reading this review I have emails to support my claim of how bad this place is and the language used in email. Avoid this place or you will regret it.

Taking the hike from Hyde Park to Highland Park was worth it and then some. My salesman, Nick’s professionalism was astounding. He… assisted me through making decisions, explaining differences between the various Cayenne’s and he always responded promptly when I contacted him. His individual training to learn my 2023 Cayenne S Coupe Platinum Edition for a full hour or more was amazing. The Porsche Exchange facility is absolutely beautiful. You won’t be in any rush to leave. Please take the hike to PORSCHE EXCHANGE in HIGHLAND PARK! The final paperwork with Rosco was a breeze, no pressure. Rudy, Hyde Park2021 Macan

Kene Chidume, some context on your review. You ordered a Taycan and were informed in writing that due to supply chain issues, Porsche selected your vehicle to lock early and thus become non-changeable so as to be scheduled for production. You confirmed in writing that you were good to go with your car as configured. Two days later, the manufacturer locked your build to schedule it for production and you were informed of this. Three weeks later you emailed your sales rep to make a couple more changes to your build and were reminded that your order was non-changeable. We emailed Porsche and they confirmed that the lock for production was irreversible. You became abusive towards our sales rep and stated that you would contact Porsche to “unlock” your build. You filed a complaint against the dealership with Porsche, who confirmed that unlocking your build was not possible. You continued to insist that we needed to unlock your car to make your changes. This was simply impossible, while you continued to insist we were simply not trying. Our goal is always to satisfy our clients’ wishes, but you refused to accept that we could not change your car. Rather than force you to accept a build and relationship you were unhappy with, we let you out of your production slot and completely refunded your partial payment so that you could pursue a changeable build slot to get the car of your dreams.
