Amazing experience buying a new car

She immediately gave me her brother Josh's contact info becuase he was a car salesman. From the moment I spoke to… Josh, I knew I could trust him. He was very professional but also made my car buying experience fun. Josh and the finance guy, I believe his name was Dan, went above and beyond trying to get my payments where I needed them to be, which they succeeded! The whole staff at Honda of Joliet was amazing and so friendly you wont be disappointed. My overall experience with them was awesome and I will definietly refer my friends and family to this dealership and tell them to see Josh T. Thank you to everyone who helped get me my Fit sport and for the amazing service!!! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!Awesome experience!

There was no pressure, and his relaxed attitude was perfect for us. He took all of… our needs into account, and offered some great options for us to choose from. He really paid attention to our preferences. We could tell that he really wanted us to have the vehicle that was best for us, not that he just wanted to sell a vehicle. We had been to other dealers to look around before this one, and the salespeople seemed like they only cared about making a sale. They didn't seem to have quality used vehicles, just vehicles to sell. Ubaldo was by far the best car salesman we have dealt with. We would recommend him specifically, and Honda of Joliet, to anyone we know who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. The price for the new car was bottom line and not a lot of negotiating back and forth. We didn't plan on trading our car in but the price was… very fair and we didn't have to leave the dealership and then return with the money from a buyer. I felt very comfortable with this dealership. Mike R. was our salesman and was not pushy at all. He was fair and respectful.Nice experience

Ted called me back with all the information including pricing to get it done. Came in to look at… vehcile, Ted was with other guests, Mike started working with us. Very good, very professional. Levi was easy to work with as well. Came back to buy after the weekend. Cash deal, very easy. Quality car, clean. Highly recommend this dealership. Relative purchased a Honda 4 years ago and has it serviced here. Nice people. Not at all the typical car biz stuff that so many dealers havent gotten past. Without a doubt, would go back and purchase another vehicle.Buying a new honda

This was solely due to the exceptional, I emphasize this, EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER… SERVICE I received from Josh T.. and Joe C.!! They provided world class service at a time when I believe we are lucky if we get any service what-so-ever. I had a challenging situation at hand and they both took every opportunity to figure out a way to make my situation work so that I could get the car I truly wanted and come out being totally satisfied! I visited many dealerships before ending up at Honda of Joliet and none of them could even come close in comparing to the level of professionalism and care that these individuals displayed in assisting me. I actually felt as though they were like family, doing so much to help me at every step of the selection and buying process. I will recommend this dealership, and Josh and Joe, to everyone I know. After making an appointment (which I had to cancel), I decided red would be a better fit for me. I… called and spoke to Pam and she said a red LX was also available for the same price and she'd let Joe know of my change and of new arrival time. I was met by a salesman who found Joe for me. I felt like a celebrity! Joe introduced my husband and I to Brian. Brian is the gentleman who showed us the Blue, and test drove the Red Odyssey with us. Brian knew of my flip and wanted me to be sure of my preference. Pam stopped by to say hello and thanked us for coming in. Brian showed us all the 'stuff' you need to see in a new car and made sure we had no questions. The rest was just typical new car buying formalities. The most refreshing part was we weren't held captive until we changed our minds about 'extras'. I'd recommend anyone to experience Honda of Joliet if they wanted to be listened to and not told what they want!
