He was helpful, informative and did his very best to be accommodating. This is my second Ike Honda… purchase and this experience was every bit as good as the first one. Caleb is an outstanding representative of your organization. Customer service is what separates a good organization from a great one. I could not be any more pleased with the customer service I received. Caleb Davis and Joe (from the service department) are two of the reasons I will continue to buy from Ike Honda.Ike's Honda is an easy place to shop and buy a car.

His no-pressure attitude and desire to help the customer make the best and most financially viable move (custom tailored to the specific clientele) is absolutely why I can honestly… say that I put real trust into the Ike brand. I would keep him around indefinitely and then also consider cloning his person for business in perpetuity (when that technology becomes available, of course). My interactions with both Sarah at the front desk and Charles in financial were outstanding as well. Finally, the Honda make is one that I could not be happier with. I would place this particular purchase among the best in my lifetime. I will continue to come back to your dealership in the future and will certainly sing its praises to my friends and family. Caleb was available by phone even as I was test driving competitors vehicles. Caleb was awesome and never once made me feel bad for the fact that he had to get the color and interior color I wanted, from another dealership he just said… "I'll have it here by the time you come in."
