The salesman and manager, Philip and Tony, were extremely helpful and both just nice people. they answered all our questions and… were able to give us an unbelievable deal on a gorgeous new NX200t. they also had a delivery man, John, who educated us on the amazing technology that the car is capable of performing. I am very excited to drive this car and would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new luxury car. Thank you!Outstanding Experience

They listened to my needs and reasoning in looking for a used vehicle and delivered… beyond my expectations. This is as much a relationship business as vehicle business, which they fully comprehend. A great experience means maybe decades of purchases. I'll be back for more vehicles myself and when my kids need wheels. Kudos.Excellent

He Catered to all my needs in buying my vehicle today in a timely manner… and didn't worry about his commission. He was very helpful in answering all my questions, gave me advice and saved me a lot of time and troubles in going to another dealership to buy. If you are looking to buy what you want in there inventory rather than going there to buy what they want to put you in, go and see for yourselves what a buying experience should be like when want to buy your vehicle here at LEXUS of Naperville. My husband and I, being in the market for a vehicle, stopped in one cold, wet Saturday afternoon. Salesman Nick… Gerlak, bundled up, came out to the sales lot, introduced himself & jumped right in with answers to our questions. We didn't find anything that day, but Nick was as professional & courteous as if we had. After a week of shopping around at other Lexus dealerships.. We ended right back at Lexus of Naperville. We asked for Nick, looked at what I was interested in & Nick closed the deal. It's the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. These guys aren't aggressive or fast talkers. They genuinely want you to be happy with your choice. I had to let the Business Manager Andrew know what a great experience I had. My husband and I are repeat customers of Lexus of Naperville & we were just reminded that their service is bar none!So happy we found you!

My husband and I have been looking to downsize our SUV and I just couldn't find any of the smaller /mid size SUV's that had character, and that didn't look like a 'cookie cutter' vehicle' that everyone else had.… We looked around for a year, and my gut kept steering me back to the Lexus NX 200t Sport at the Lexus Dealership in Naperville. I can NOT STRESS ENOUGH how accommodating, fair and professional, as well as down to earth everyone was from the beginning to the end of our experience!!!! Any dealer we have ever bought a vehicle from in the past, has been more of an upsetting or unsettling experience, in which takes away from the excitement an owner should embrace from the amount of money they have just signed away. All I can say is 'THANK YOU SAL LALA, VIOLET VRSEK, AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT(MR PAYTON?) AND LEXUS, FOR LETTING US DRIVE AWAY WITH SUCH AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! :)Excellet experience

I purchased a used Chevrolet Camaro that met the exact specifications that I had been looking for for approximately a year. The car was actually better in person than was listed on the… internet. They actually had a private "test track" not far from their facility that allowed me to check out the car at my own pace and not worry about traffic. It was a neat feature for the dealership to have. The car itself was fairly priced and the transaction was easy. I knew going into it exactly what the market was and they had priced the car aggressively so I knew they were serious about wanting to sell the car because I really don't have the patience or the time to go back and forth trying to get a price in a range that is fair. I was thankful for that. Overall good people.Wow!!!
by Bdanner on 11/04/2015We just bought a used Lexus GX460. After looking closely at the outside, there were many scratches along the car. Understanding that a used car is just that....used, I told the dealership that I didn't want to spend good money and get… something like that. I didn't fault the dealership, it's a used car. Well that wasn't good enough for them, they wanted my business. Bill asked me to give him 24 hours and let his team do some work on it. I said okay, but I wasn't hopeful that it was going to turn out good because many of the scratches were deep. Well, to my surprise when I came back to look at it, it looked BRAND NEW! I couldn't believe it. These scratches were deep, but the team went above and beyond. This really convinced me that they did want my business. Thanks Bill!!!Excellent experience!
by garlo1959 on 10/18/2015My first contact with Andrew Farraher, Business Development Manager at Lexus of Naperville, was on a phone call from another dealer's parking lot to inquire about a previously owned 2013 Hyundai Tucson that was listed on their website. We… had just lost out on another vehicle we were interested in purchasing due to it selling the night before at the dealership I was calling from, and I wanted to confirm the Tucson was available at Lexus of Naperville. Andrew was very friendly and helpful from the beginning and confirmed the car was indeed still there. Andrew greeted us when we arrived at the dealership and explained a little about Lexus of Naperville and their philosophy on customer care. Andrew introduced us to Steve Mills who would assist us with the car. While we continued to speak to Andrew, Steve readied the Tucson for our viewing by having the car washed. Very nice! Once the car was ready Steve explained the features on the car and then took us over to the Dan Wolf test track a couple minutes from the dealership. We were able to put the Tucson through a variety of environments on the 1/4 mile track, from panic breaking on wet pavement, to running down a cobble street to see how the suspension absorbs bumps. While we were test driving the Tucson Steve had the used car manager evaluate our trade-in vehicle. When we arrived back at the dealership we were ready to sit down and settle on a price. This process was painless as we quickly arrived at a mutually agreeable price on the Tucson and our trade-in. The reason the transaction was so fast is because Steve and everyone else at Lexus of Naperville didn't treat us like we were completely unaware of the Internet and the vast amounts of available information on automobiles, automobile pricing, trade-in values, etc. This level, of what I refer to as respect, was not what we received at some other dealerships we visited over the last couple of weeks. Also, keep in mind Steve, Andrew and the rest of the Lexus of Naperville team were not selling us a $60,000 Lexus, but were in fact doing their best to help us with a 3-year old Hyundai Tucson and our 10-year old Kia Spectra 5 trade-in. The finance part of the transaction was equally as trouble free thanks to the help of Business Manager Chandra Estrada. Chandra was able to get us the finance rate we were looking for as well as giving us options on additional warranty coverage. From arrival to departure we spent less than two hours completing our vehicle purchase at Lexus of Naperville, which for anyone that has purchased a car with a trade-in knows is a fairly fast transaction. The other great thing about purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Naperville is that no matter if you leave with a brand new Lexus or a previously owned Hyundai you still get the great staff, and wonderful amenities (free car washes, free loaners, top notch service department, etc.), of a first class luxury dealership.Best car buying experience ever

The first time we bought Lexus we shopped around. Given the stellar purchasing experience, we didn't… even think about looking around when we bought our second Lexus in September. Their sales staff are very personal, not high-pressure, workable. their back-office staff are extremely helpful and cordial. And of course their service dept. is amazing. Buying this second Lexus this week in the evening was as much fun as it could be. Lexus of Naperville turns the old stereotype jokes on their head. A flawless experience.What a Great Dealership

I purchased my first Lexus a 2016 ES350. I searched and searched many dealerships… much closer to my home. All makes and models. None came close to the professionalism, that this dealership displays. Each and every person I encountered was professional, engaging and answered all my questions. The most important aspect to my car search was the Naperville "TEAM" took the time. They were not pushy and just concerned about making a sale, and moving on to the next customer. They took their time, to make sure that I was happy with my choice. (trust me I am picky and drive my self crazy and every one else in the process). Not this group of people. In the end they become like family. Thank you Andrew Farraher, (Business Development Manager) for greeting us when we entered your dealership. That first impression and the time you took to talk with us (when you clearly had a class presentation for new customers that your dealership provides.) showed me that I came to the right place. Thank you Sal LaLa my so very patient Sales Person. You performed beyond my expectations to help me find my perfect vehicle. Thank You, Bill Kuniej General Sales Manager for taking the time to answer all my questions when Sal was off for the day. In all the years I have purchased vehicles, never has any Sales Manager taken the time you had to personally assist with my questions. Thank You, Chandra Estrada Business Manager for going over all the finance paper work and explaining the different options of service contracts. Thank You Violet Versek, Delivery and Technology Specialist, you explained things so clearly, concise, and took your time with this Senior lady about the many features my vehicle has. Your engaging smile and bubbly personality is contagious. And thank you to all the other sales people and staff who just took the time to say hello and answer questions or just engage in conversation even though you knew I was working with someone else on a sale. You truly are a "TEAM" and that is one of the attributes that helps make a business successful. This is the reason that Naperville of Lexus sold me the first 2016 ES 350 of the year. You all made me so comfortable. I recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle come see this dealership you will not be disapointed.Used car purchase

I haven't had a new car in 15 years and was frankly dreading the experience due to the aggressive salespeople and constant pressure to buy. I wanted to take my… time and dealt with many different dealerships both in person and on-line. Lexus of Naperville as a whole was the best experience from sales, to financing, to service, to the ambiance of the dealership. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Laura K. was my sales associate and really helped me to choose the car that best suited ME. She was very patient and let me drive as many cars as I wanted as well as answered all my questions. She kept in contact, but didn't annoy me. She was the perfect blend of professionalism and fun. Overall she made the experience a great one for me!Used car purchase
