    My car was in the service department for routine B service. It was easy to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Kevin Vosburgh consistently ensures that each service is completed to my satisfaction. He is one of the main reasons that my car is serviced at the Naperville location. He is personable and professional and always keeps me apprised of the progress on my car.

  • I'm not impressed!

    This dealership will sell you a car with pretty obvious things wrong with it and then tell you its under warranty and you can deal with it yourself. Trust me I bought a 2022 GLC 300 4MATIC and on my drive home which was about 100 miles I discovered the driver side door had horrible wind noise at higher speeds (over 45) and also the steering wheel sensor would vibrate the steering wheel at speeds over 55 mph. Now I will be going to the service department on my own time and dime to get it fixed. This next service will be my 3rd one in three weeks in an effort to get these problems fixed which the dealership should have already had taken care of BEFORE they sold the car. My whole experience was trashed basically and I fault this dealership.

    Kevin Vosburgh in Service is wonderful to work with. He listens to what I need, explains all my options, is mindful of my time, and is never pushy. I definitely recommend asking for him if you visit for service. The dealership as a whole is the BEST at keeping their word - in my experience, the have never over-promised and under-delivered.

    Frank, as usual, took great care of me and my SUV. The service dept has been extremely busy, but he was able to secure a loaner for me, so I wouldn't have to bring a sleeping bag and pillow. He guided me on what he felt I needed to have done, and what I could skip for now, and why. He thoroughly explained the importance of having these items done regularly. After the mechanics did their inspection, he called me back to explain why I should go ahead and have the items he initially thought I could skip for now, done now anyway. I trust Frank, and went ahead with his suggestions. I am very happy with the service I get at this Mercedes dealership.

    Easy scheduling, efficient check-in and loaner. Rich Wideveld is the best! Explains what needs to be done during service, makes valuable recommendations and even helped me trouble shoot a door latch that I thought was broken (showed me how to flip the hidden child safety switch!).

  • Great service but…

    I love this dealership, however, I made an appointment at 4:00 to get my tire changed. I rushed there after work only to be told that their service department closed at 4:00. Why would they have me make a service appointment at 4:00 when they knew the service department would be gone? This was incredibly frustrating and required me to make an appointment for another day. Ugh!! When I came back for my second appointment the service was excellent.
