    Thank you for the great experience with the whole staff at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. It is safe to say, your team is beyond the best I have ever worked with when buying a vehicle, new or used. Moe especially, thank you for making a lasting experience with myself and my wife. You were honest upfront about my asking price and got me the value I asked for with my trade in, which we all know can be the deal breaker with a trade in and sale. Quality place, quality staff and loved watching my newly bought vehicle detailed through the windows in the showroom as we waited.

    It was a pleasure doing business with Mercedes-Benz of Naperville (MBON). Michael Banks in sales, Frank Paganis and Jimmie Sanderson in finance "just delivered". There was no hard sales pitch or ambiguous finance offer. I shared my level of comfort on pricing and what I was looking for in the vehicle and team "MBON" delivered. They also gave me a no nonsense fair trade on my trade in. Michael Bank sales - Frank Paganis and Jimmie Sanderson you are the best. A-

    This is our first Mercedes and I have to say that I will only own Mercedes from now on. Not only do we love the car but our experience from beginning to end was nothing but wonderful. Our salesman Elmis Figueroa took many hours answering all of our questions and going over the process. There was never any pressure and he did his very best to fit us in a car that was perfect not only in price but in comfort and style. During the process the general manager Mike Tegge came out to make sure that the process was going smoothly. Both made us feel like we were not just purchasing a car but were joining the MB family. After the papers were signed and we were the proud owners of a new C300 4matic, the contact with Elmis has continued. He was kind enough to call us the following day with good news. They had found a discrepancy in the paperwork that we had signed and that we needed to stop in and resign the papers. Having me do this saved me $30 a month in payments! So far anytime we have had a question or needed anything they have been nothing but happy to help. As a downtown Naperville business owner myself, I hope that our clients feel as important to our business as MB of Naperville has made us feel.

    I shouldn't generalize, but I've never bought a used car until now and you know what they say about used car salesmen... I let the brand name badge and high-end surroundings lead me to believe the sales person when I was told I was buying a good car. I did not. Big things are wrong and small. (Driver's door doesn't lock and one of the 2 keys I was told I would get is the valet key...) Don't let the surroundings fool you! (I would have given 0 stars, but I didn't do a very good job shopping for this car...)

    I got the GLK since last year but did not have time to submit a review. I got a quote online, very competitive, ordered, then came to pickup when it arrived. The reception was pleasant. Rep did not try too hard to up sell warranties and services. They took time and great care to explain things, new car functions, installing license plate, etc. All attention was focused on providing the best customer experience. As a female, I tread dealing with car dealers, not anymore....! Thanks!

    Mercedes of Naperville is a great place to buy a car.... I know: this has been my 5th Mercedes I have purchased from them over 14 years. Mike Tegge, and Ed Franzen have been very helpful, honest, and always have had my best interest at heart when transacting a car purchase... No games, informative, and helpful. They have stood behind the product and service has been great. I am enjoying my new car and would buy from them again!

    While having my E320 serviced on the MLK holiday, I noticed a 2008 GL450 parked in front of the showroom. I viewed the interior and exterior and was satisfied with both conditions. I went home and did some research and scheduled a test drive. The asking price was in line with KBB and going price of similar year and mileage. The Sales staff was friendly and accommodating, they answered all my questions. There was no hard sell or pressure. The GL450 practically sold itself. At that point, I decided that it was a good idea to buy the GL450 from an MB dealer than from anyone else. The dealership is 4 miles away and I get free car washes.

    Purchased a new GLA 250 in early January. Brenda in Sales was very helpful and went the extra mile to locate the right car. She volunteered her personal time on a weekend to retrieve the car from a neighboring dealer. Negotiations were painless and fair. The financing and delivery groups were also very thorough, providing detailed explanations of each feature.

    I have purchased several vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Naperville, and specifically Ed Franzen. This time however I wanted to custom order a G63 with specific paint, seats, trims. etc. Ed painlessly walked through the process with me, including an available slot to even place the order. He did research on the paint (matte finish), and made sure I had all the proper cleaning products and techniques. He even ordered me a new window sticker so I could have it laminated. IMO, Ed always goes above and beyond to insure his customers are well taken care of and happy with each and every purchase they make from him.

    This dealership will go out of it's way to hide a hit car. I blame myself for not canceling this purchase. I had time but continued because I had flown in to pick up the car. It dawned on me later why they had me sign the carfax sheet they printed on the car. (First time I had ever seen that happen) They wanted me to say the car wasn't hit before I got it. After getting the car home and looking it over it was hit a lot worse then I thought. As usual if the deal is to good to be true it absolutely is with this dealership. Acts like a used car dealership not a MB dealership. Low class.

    I just bought a new GL550. I originally did my research through Edmunds. I received a call the next day and was told I would be dealing with Ed Franzen. Ed made it EXTREMELY easy and pleasant. I wanted to have everything done over the phone so I would just need to go in and sign the paperwork. The whole phone call took less than 15 minutes and we were at the dealership about 30 minutes. The dealership didn't rush us through the tour of the car and made sure we understood everything before we took possession of the car. No hard sell, fair pricing and great service. I definitely will be buying my next car from Ed.

    Bought my first Mercedes.. a used 2012 E350 4matic and was pleased with the experience. I looked on line and negotiated with several dealers, but wanted to stay close to home. MB of Naperville called me immediately and worked with me via Email until I was ready to come in to look at the car. My salesman Bryan worked closely with Jason the sales manager to negotiate the deal to my satisfaction. I felt the "test drive" sealed the deal on the MB quality and they did everything they said they would do. Bryan spent time reviewing all of the options in the car as Gil wasn't in that day, but I went in later and Gil went over them again. I took the car in once to have a scratch removed (negotiated at time of sale) and the service department was friendly, professional and easy to work with. They were prompt and did what they said they would. The car was cleaned inside and out and that's always a bonus after service. I love my car and appreciate all of the efforts of the team at Mercedes- Benz of Naperville.

    My Wife and I are very happy with our first mercedes benz. We couldn't believe it was pre owned because the staff did such a great job detailing it. They made us feel like we were rolling out with a brand new benz. They even brought it inside the dealer and let my wife drive it out the door. That was totally unexpected. Kim Cotter our sales lady was. Such a great pleasure. She took care of us and made us feel comfortable. She even helped us while we were trying to find a car insurance provider. She stayed with us until 2 or 3 hours later after we found a insurance provider. She was very patient with us and even cut us a deal on the car. Even after months she made calls and emails regarding our purchase. She checks up on us and we talk here and there. For the ultimate Mercedes Benz purchase, head down to this dealer and I hope you have a great experience as I did.

    We worked with on-line sales representative Gary Knapp to purchase a CPO 2012 Mercedes E350. The negotiation was cordial and professional in all respects.     Moe took car of us at Naperville Mercedes. We just bought our first Mercedes, a C300, and what a machine. Their slogan of 'The Best or Nothing' isn't just a slogan. I have never been more satisfied with a car, a buying experience, and what is usually the worst part of the buying experience, the negotiations and finance conversations. We were treated with respect and warranties were plentiful, explained in detail, and not pushed down our throat. Just an overall excellent experience with sales, sales manager, and finance director. Highly recommended!
