    Great Dealership! Bought an SL550 and traded in my SLK with this dealership. They are a 5 star dealership, great to deal with and their customer service and follow up is just second to none. From the time I saw the vehicle listed on the Mercedes website to the time I drove it out of the dealership and back to Arkansas I could not have been more pleased. My salesman, Frank P. was very knowledgeable in handling all of the details and ensured my purchase went smoothly. Suggest you give him a call! I am a busy professional and this dealership is simply the kind of top notch professionals you enjoy meeting and doing business with.

    I performed my research and due diligence at 3 dealerships. All were pleasant, but none proactive in helping me find what was desired and at a fair price. That is, until I called MB of Naperville and was fortunate enough to have Gary K. as my sales professional. Gary was helpful before, during and after the purchase. The transaction was painless and even enjoyable. I will highly recommend Gary K. to friends and clients.

    i recently bought a used car from this dealer. I traveled in from out of town and they offered no support. I often travel to buy my cars and every other dealer has picked me up at the airport, but not this dealer. After arriving, i took the car for a test drive. The car met my expectations, and since it was an out of town purchase, we had already agreed on the price, so it was just a matter of completing the paperwork. I waited 30 mine, then 1 hour, then 90 mins, finally after a 2 hour wait, i requested to see the manager. He advised me that there was only one finance manager and he was busy with another customer. Another customer for two hours? I had been in the dealership for 3:30 mins and no on else could close the deal. That was beside the fact that we had agreed on a price 72 hours prior. Could no one else do the paperwork? I have received better service getting coffee, than i did buying an automoble there.

    What a wonderful experience. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and this has been my best experience by far. I live at least 30 miles from this dealership and they will come to my house and pick up my car for any repairs or normal maintenance. The people are great and are straight up people, no games no gimmicks just straight up. They are honest and this is rear in this business. This is the start of a long term relationship.

    If I am ever homeless and have to live in my car please let it be in a Mercedes-Benz. I recently purchased a C300 for Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. It was by far my best car buying experienced. They understand the importance of customer satisfaction. You need to drive a Mercedes-Benz to understand how great these cars are.

    It started with a web search, we were looking for something with great gas mileage, the CLA250 is what we were interested in. Ed called me and asked me what my needs were, went over my concerns and recommended I come in to see the car. When we went in the next day, he had the car washed and in the showroom area for us to see. We went on the test drive and he explained all the features. We were sold! Ed was great to work with. He made us feel very comfortable and was never pushy, like so many other dealers. The financing process was simple, no games, Jim was informative and very easy to work with. Our vehicle orientation session with Gil was great. He went over every feature and answered all my questions. Overall Mercedes Benz of Naperville provided us with excellent service and we are happy to share our experience with everyone.

    I remember years ago visiting Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. It wasn't a good experience not only because I didn't like the car, I was completely turned off by the 'high-end' attitude of the salesperson. So I was quite skeptical this time but decided to give it another try because I was intrigued by the new CLA250. The car wasn't out yet so I emailed MB-N and received a quick response from the sales manager Ed F. He notified me immediately on the day the new car arrived and greeted me nicely when I went in to test drive it. It turned out I really liked the car but just not sure about the color and options. Ed stayed late and went over their inventory situation patiently even I didn't make a purchase that night. A few weeks later when I eventually made the decision, I contacted Ed again and he was able to order it immediately and even arranged for me to receive an incentive from MB! Everything went smoothly and I picked up my car by Thanksgiving as promised. I love my car and am having lots of fun with it. This is my first MB so it operates a bit differently from all of the Japanese cars I have owned before. During the couple of times when I stopped by the service department to get my questions answered, everyone I met was willing to help me out and explained things patiently. In conclusion, I am very happy with my purchase from MB-Naperville. The dealership is warm and welcoming. Ed and Amy (in Finance) are genuine, down-to-earth people. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any aspect of my purchase, particularly regarding the options I picked and additional purchase I made. They won my business wholeheartedly. Keep up the great work, guys!

    I recently purchased a used 2013 GLK 350 from this dealership after weeks of research and driving. Tom M. understood I had become frustrated with my process and helped me find the right vehicle. I could tell he was determined to make this my last dealership I needed to go to for my purchase. He made sure I knew everything I needed to about my GLK before I left and encouraged me to come back after driving it a couple of weeks with any additional questions.

    My husband and I checked several dealers trying to find the right car for us. Frank P. was so helpful and patient with our questions we decided to drive 30 minutes farther to purchase our SLK from him. The experience was great!!!

    This is our first Mercedes (C300 4Matic) and based on the experience with the car and the dealership, I am pretty sure we will be back in the future.     I had been searching high and low for a vehicle for over thee months, every dealership, every online quote so painful and out of the blue I decided to check out a used 2012 Nissan Murano at this dealership. Was not dissapointed. The vehicle was perfect and George K. and the rest of the staff a dream to work with. No hard sale, no pressure, just the truth and a great price. Been almost a week and I am still driving around with a smile on my face. Thank you George and the team at the Mercedes in Naperville!!!!!!!
