Let me say that out of the 12 or so new cars I have purchased in my lifetime, this experience was the absolutely number one. Isaac was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in all aspects of the sale. When we walked in, we had no… intention of purchasing a vehicle as we had just started looking and had planned on going to three dealerships that day. Because of because of Isaac, the other people we worked with, and the vehicle itself, it happened that day. We did not go elswhere to look.
I would recommend anyone I know looking for a vehicle to go to your dealership and work with Isaac.

Shame on me
by Steven Martinez on 02/24/2023So far, from this dealer ive purchased 2 vehicles in the past 2 years. Which should alreadybe a huge red flag. I've had my current car 2 weeks and the muffler is falling off, there's a crack in the windshield I didn't see, the breaks… recently started having an intermittent pressure issue, and there's been an aftermarket repair to the front passenger wheel well that causes the tire to grind against the wall of the wheel well whenever I turn. Overall, I had a good experience at the representative level, however, during the purchasing of my current vehicle, i asked to see a GMC Acadia and was almost immediately written off. I also did mention the amount of stress I was under in the specific automotive situation I was in with relation to my family, which couldve lead to my impaired ability to look into the matter meticulously. I also spoke with the sales rep, and told him about my personal expectations with what i was looking for in a vehicle in relation to my family. My wife is 37 weeks pregnant with our second child, and now here I am most likely going to have to get repairs done to a vehicle I've been in ownership of for a total of 20 days. Also, I called your service department in relation to the muffler problem. I was told that they most likely didn't have any appointments booked for service, and that the woman whom I spoke with would get in touch with a service advisor and the advisor would get back in contact with me later that day. That was at noon on Friday February 10th 2023. I'm writing this on the 23rd. After contacting them again on the 14th I still haven't heard back. Honestly between that, I will confess that alot of my dis-satisfaction is influenced by the fact that I previously bought a car from the company that resulted in me putting forth at least 2,500 dollars in repairs not including regular maintenance. Basically, that's 2 cars in 2 years that have resulted in almost immediate repair bills from a "reputable" dealer. I'm at my wit's end with the implication of "satisfaction" in the purchases made with this dealer. I'd hope to have this resolved, but after witnessing the manner in which these people deal with dis-satisfied customers on BBB i feel as though I'd be better off getting a consultation from an attorney.We regret that you have not had a great experience with us-- hopefully we can still change that. by KarlnJenn on 11/14/2022My fiancé had a plan to assist me in car shopping and be done by mid day with an ultimate decision. Most times plans don’t end up how you intended. Luckily they didn’t. We ended up stopping in Schaumburg to test drive specific trucks, we… were at a Ford dealership, Chevy, Toyota and had the favorites list, F150, Silverado and Tundra… there was some issues with lack of inventory. Or do I do an order and wait months. As evening time approached with still no decision on what I wanted. My fiancé thought it would be a good idea to go look at Fords again since the F150 was still the one I enjoyed the most. We figured “Golf Mill Ford” is close by the house let’s do another test drive. I knew that If I landed on a truck that I wanted that I would work numbers and take the car. Usually, I do a lot of planning and research… with my fiancé she is more of a “know your car and let’s make a deal”… from the moment Issac walked up to us we informed him of what we needed and the terms. Issac is extremely personable, funny, genuine and just an overall unique individual. Issac makes you feel like family. We definitely enjoyed our time which is not usually how you feel at dealerships. Now, what is a fair price? Relatively speaking fair is a concept as to “do I feel comfortable with this deal” I informed Issac and Frank what I needed and where I wanted to be… they achieved that goal, if there was profit then Issac absolutely deserved it… within reason haha, he knows our humor. Issac also introduced us to “Frank” the sales manager who was a straight shooter just extremely polite and likable person. The finance manager Jon was also exceptional to deal with. Sometimes you wonder if the rug is going to get pulled off from under you because you overall have this stereotype of how it is when you’re buying a car. Some dealerships fit that stereotype. by caroljp on 10/19/2022Experience with this dealer was very good. I bought a new Ranger truck from them in 2020. The truck was recently totaled. We looked all over the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area and there just was nothing available nor was… there any salesperson who seemed interested in helping us. We drove all the way to Chicago from Cincinnati to work with this dealership again. That speaks very loudly about how good they are. Our salesperson, Victor, showed us some different options that were available for immediate delivery and worked with us to get a price we could afford. If I ever find myself in a situation where I need to purchase a car, I will be on my way to Chicago. (It is actually located in a neighborhood just a little northwest of the city called Niles.) The only downside was the amount of time it took to complete the sale. It was painfully long. We had to wait a very long to get the financing portion completed. In the finance person's defense, she had only been on the job for 3 weeks. She was there alone and had to figure out all the details of selling a car to someone in another state. The paperwork was horrific, but I expect that is true of any new vehicle. Bottom line - a great dealership to work with.2022 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands...AWESOME!

Personable, polite, customer-friendly, and eager to address & answer all my questions. Omar included Sales Manager… Frank Psyhogios into several of our conversations to expand on additional Bronco features. Frank was AMAZING as he also assisted with the online factoring ordering process which helped narrow down my trim package decisions. Thankyou Frank. I sat down with Finance’s Jon Kleatsoulas who was PROFESSIONAL at every level. Jon was GREAT as he explained the various warranty options available to me and together we were able to select the best fit to protect my new car investment. And finally, I need to give a shout out to Evona Slorin who downloaded the Ford App to my cellphone and explained all the bonus points & benefits this app provides moving forward. The whole Golf Mill Ford Team made my 5-star experience easy to grade. Thanks again to Omar, Frank, Jon, and Evona. I LOVE my new Ford Bronco Sport Badlands.
