    Dealing with Dan Rudnicki. He was our salesman when we leased the Optima also. He is very professional and very thorough. He made sure I knew how to use every feature on the car.

    Fasts and friendly. It's like going to a friend's house and they take care of my car while I watch TV and I can trust what they do.

    Fabian was very honest and accommodating to what we were looking for. I really do not like the process of buying/leasing a new car and he helped the process not be as painful. Fabian was very knowledgable of the car and was able to answer all questions.

    I came in for the 30,000 mile service on my 2014 Sorento. The staff were attentive, greeted me with a smile, and took care of everything necessary in a quick and efficient manner. I will be back for future service visits and I highly recommend you do as well!

    A nice environment, friendly staff, great waiting room, every time I go there they know my name it makes you feel good and enjoy having them work on your vehicle.

    Speedy work and the car is always washed. I like the coffee and popcorn in the waiting room, but the carpeting badly needs replacement. Courtesy and attentiveness are outstanding. I appreciate that the TV is always silent, so that there's not a lot of noise when I'm trying to read or answer email.

    Honest treatment, service delivered when and as promised. Service manager and personnel went out of their way for me. They matched a discount tire price and fixed another problem under the warranty.

    They were kind and the process only took a couple of hours. Although the service always good, I was under the impression that the remote start came with an alarm system like most vipers do but this one did not which was disappointing.

    FRIENDLY and quick service. Jaime and John are THE BEST!!! I would not hesitate to return there for maintenance/service. Waiting area is also comfortable. Glad to have Internet access while you wait.

    Service was performed in the time promised. Service at Gerald Kia of North Aurora was ~25% lower cost than the same service at Gerald Kia of Naperville (which is closer to my home). Odd. In general, the staff is very courteous and friendly.
