He was knowledgeable and explained a ton of features of the Subaru I was interested in buying. He was humble in admitting… about being mistaken about the tow capacity and that instantly put me at ease; knowing Pete was an honest and good person to deal with for this sale. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent and I could NOT be happier with my choice of new vehicle.
