    I received a message on the information system that "Immediate Suspension Service Required". It was a serious compressor problem that the team and the Service Manager, Mike, took care of faster than he quoted. I am SO GLAD I purchased a 100,000 mile B-2-B extended warranty on my 2017 RAM 1500 Limited. The repair cost was over $4,500, and all I had to pay was the $100 deductible. The RAM team made what could have been a catastrophic repair into a solution. Thank you all for your hard work.

    I take my Jeep here since I bought it 4 years ago. I have never had bad service whether using the quick oil service or routine service. The staff is friendly, let me know what they need to do so I understand, and inform me when I need routine service. The courtesy ride lets me drop off my car and return home so I can work from home until my car is ready. Then, they pick me up to get my car.

    River Front did a great job of fixing a Start/Stop problem without me having to come back. I brought my Pacifica in with no appointment into the Express Service Bay.

    The dealership seems to truly inspect and go over the cars they take in from customers. Keep in mind this is going on a sample of one. The car was exceptionally taken care of by the previous owner (only one owner vehicle). The tires were premium, the car was immaculate on the inside and out. It looked and drove like new, despite having over 80,000 miles on it and being eight years old. The previous owner spent good money on Weather Tech for the front seats, but did not get any aftermarket mats for the rear seats. Also there was no noticeable repair work or residual damage from a reported minor accident done to the driver side rear quarter panel. The dealer provided new brakes and engine fluids (oil, coolant, brakes, power steering, etc.). The car was marked down once before and marked down even further on internet sites. The sales person tried to refer to the initial mark down as the starting price instead of the internet listed price as part of the bargaining process, which was a little... shall we say "interesting". My guess is that they knew the vehicle wasn't going to move as quickly as other of the same make and model since this one has two doors and manual transmission. They really weren't willing to come down much more than a few hundred bucks, but became more willing as I was interested in an extended warranty. Still, for the condition the vehicle was in, compared to other similar vehicles at other dealerships and with Kelly Blue Book prices, I didn't get a steal, but I did pay a fair price on the car.

    I've now had to bring my Durango in for service multiple times and each and every time I came in, Renee was extremely welcoming and helpful no matter the circumstance. She was quick to assist with a loaner and patient with listening to all my concerns. She truly is a valuable asset to the River Front CJD service department.

    I was introduced to Dan Spooner, my sales contact, through a recommendation from a friend. Dan was spectacular. He answered every question that I had with true professionalism. There was no gray area in any of our conversations. Dan sourced what I wanted and the deal was quickly made. It was an easy, no stress, purchase and I am truly grateful for it. Dan introduced me to the Manager, Cory as well as the many others that helped make my experience that much more enjoyable. Vinny, in finance, was quick and easy to work with as well. I even had follow up calls from the River Front team the next day to make sure that I was enjoying the new ride. I am huge on Customer Service and they nail it at River Front. A+ rating for my experience at River Front.
