A challenging activity turned to fun.

When I pulled up to Berman, I had a "not so good" feeling from the place we had just left. Carl Williams greeted us outside, as if we were the only customers around. We weren't. He brought comfort and understanding to the details of… choice I put in front of him for the car that I not only hoped to acquire, but needed. Carl, along with the finance gentleman, made the car buying process headache and stomach ache free. And I am now driving a pretty Jeep that not only meets my needs, but makes me smile. He even left me with an offer of if I "need help getting used to the car, he would be there." Thank you!

Horrible experience
by Mike on 03/29/2025Horrible experience. Sold me a car in 5 minutes. Conveniently enough the very next day the brakes began to experience issues. Brought it back, to which they claimed the problem was fixed. Made it a block away and the same issues immediately… began reoccurring. Brought it back to have it serviced to which again I was told the problem was fixed. It lasted a day and the brakes were back to screaming (brand new brakes). Called them back and was told basically “oh well we did our part”. I rarely leave reviews on places, but I want to save anybody else looking for a vehicle the trouble ahead of time. Go shop around out in Orland Park and skip this dealership. Again, everyone was polite and friendly until they closed the deal. Then non existent and no replies. I’d leave 0 stars if I could but it doesn’t allow me to do so.A challenging activity turned to fun.
