    I have been to plenty of other dealers, but none like Ed Napleton! My salesman was Stephen Finnerty, he certainly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Product Knowledge is a must for me to be able to purchase.. and that is exactly what Stephen had! every single one of my questions answered right away without hesitation! Thanks to Stephen and Russ for making sure I was well taken care of! definitely referring my friends and family!

    GG as he is called, showed my wife and I a Pilot EX-L when we first visited the showroom. We were looking for the Pilot EX. GG showed us the features of both vehicles. We had to think about it. Several days later we decided for the EX-L. But now the one we looked at was gone,sold. GG said we'll look for it and it for you. Few days later he called and said they located one matching our color in another state. We said we'll take it and he got it for us. That's why we said Gerald Griffin delivers....Mr. and Mrs. Burden of Chicago, IL..

    Sam Bader was the best dealer that we ever had meet. He helped answer any of our questions. Sam showed us the car and explained how everything worked in it. He was very kind and respectful to us as customers. He deserves to become the floor manager of Honda. Best car dealer purchase ever.

    I went into Ed Napleton Honda after many months of research. I was quickly greeted by Eli, the salesman. He was nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I came across a Cadillac and absolutely fell in love with the car. I received a great deal and was very satisfied. Car buying can be very stressful, but Eli made the whole experience stress free. I felt like Ive known him for years. No doubt, I will never go anywhere else for another car purchase. Will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

    I recently purchased a CR-V Touring from Mohammad Ibrahim, He was able to locate the exact car I was looking for while sales people at other dealerships tried to stuff me in what ever they had available. Not only was Mohammad knowledgeable, but he was the kindest sales person I have ever spoken to. Thank You Mohammad and the best of luck to you my friend.

    I made my first car purchase (2015 Honda Civic Coupe) at Ed Napleton and I am so glad that I did. From the moment I walked in the staff worked hard to get me in the car that was perfect for me and with a great deal. I felt that the staff took all of the concerns and questions seriously to make sure that I was 100% happy with my purchase.

    I would like to say that my experience at this dealership was great!! Our Salesperson, Maurice Thomas, is the best. His knowledge of the business is commendable. He not only knows what he is talking about, but he makes you feel at home. He has a great personality and does not make you feel like he is only trying to get a sale. He does not use high pressure sales and he makes you feel good about your purchase. I've gone to a lot of dealerships and dealt with several car sales people, but none have topped Mo. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    My previous post I gave them 3 stars because I thought the worse, and to be honest other car dealers try to scam you…But NOT these guys! From my sales guy Maurice (Moe) who goes the extra mile to help you get what you want. To the finance team and finance manager who talk to you like a real person and ease your purchase anxiety. I guess the customer service explains the wait time…Customers love Ed Napleton!!! Proud to be a new regular!

    We purchased a 2012 Honda Civic for my husband on last night and I must say, Maurice T. is off the chain!!! He is the greatest. He made our experience a very pleasurable one. He was very diligent, thorough, kind, knowledgeable and honest. He worked with us until the very end until we got the deal through. The whole atmosphere was great!! Nick in finance was great as well I will definitely be going back to trade in my Honda Accord!!

    Received a very good deal on the purchase of the new Accord. This is my fourth purchase of a new Honda from the dealership and have always been treated well. Must say it was Maurice (sales consultant) and Russ ( new car manager) that sealed the deal. Very upfront and personable. Maurice is awesome and took as much time as we needed getting familiar with our new car. See him if you go for he goes that extra mile.

    I went into napleton Honda in search for a Honda civic, saleh S. came up to me and introduced himself as a salesman. Saleh took me around to all the civics they offer and explain to me everything I needed to know about the 2014 civic. He made it extremely simple and at ease to purchase this vehicle. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge.

    Today has been one of the best days of my life when it comes to making a big decision! So often when people are looking to buy a car rather it's new or used, the thought of endless paper work and talking can be exhausting before you even walk through the doors. Today I met with Moe, Russ, and Dave and each one of them were awesome and make the process unbelievably fast without leaving out a single detail. By the end of it all I had no questions to ask because they were all so thorough! Thanks a million!

    I detest this dealership. They lowballed an offer by email, then proceeded to waste my time and lie to me for hours and never came close the emailed offer. Then after I called their bluffs and claimed they were wasting my time, they refused to sell to me. Bunch of [violative content deleted], and they love to play, let's switch the person who comes and talks to you to play good cop bad cop. Don't waste your time at this place...their culture is corrupt.

    Bought a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L through the internet sales department to avoid having to haggle with any salesman at the dealerships. I negotiated the sale over a period of a couple days and called Tony to verify we were comparing apples to apples against other dealership quotes. I requested him to itemize the sale exactly how I wanted it and he did. I then called him to verify the information and set up an appointment to come in and sign the papers. It was a great experience due to him sticking to everything he said and put in writing for me. I would highly recommend Ed Napleton Honda and specifically Tony, to complete your sale. I am not a big computer/internet person but this is definitely the way to go and I hope this will help you if you are on "the fence". Jim W.

    Napleton Honda service department sells under false pretenses I bought a car from Napleton Honda and I had a lot of service done. However, Napleton Honda offers no response regarding my complaint concerning a sale of tires to me under the false guise of free tires from a rebate program. Over the last 4 months I have met three times with the sales associate who began this problem by selling me new tires indicating they would be free and helping fill out the rebate paperwork. I met with the Service Manager. I talked to Honda North America and I have talked to the General Manager a couple times including in person. The entire problem was caused by Napleton Honda’s Sales Associate falsely representing what Honda’s rebate program could provide. I followed all the steps and did everything I could to get a reasonable response back from Napleton Honda. They would rather lose a customer than admit their mistake. I have been overly reasonable in trying to resolve this matter and Napleton Honda’s response has been nothing but delay, ignore, shift the burden and “its not our fault”.     I received a great deal on my 2013 Honda Pilot and a fair price for my 2008 Honda cr-v trade. All employees at Ed napleton were great to deal with. Day's later I realized I had left an important part of my life in the headliner of my trade(mass card for my mother's funeral). I contacted the used car dept. and Mario was able to locate the mass card. within ten minutes of receiving my call he found the mass card and got it back to me. thank you all at Ed napleton for making my day ! great start for my new year ! sincerely F.P.G.
