    Some people are nice. I just think your employees that walking or passing through should be more frendly and always greet a person. Acknowledge the the person in passing. I sort of feel we brought the car and that all you need from the person. A smile goes a long way.

    I arrived for my 8:30 a.m. appointment and was notified at 12:42 p.m. that my car was ready. That was a long time to sit and wait, especially since I had an appointment. As usual, the technicians found other things, which needed attention. I have never brought my Equinox there without their finding other things, which - of course - cost more than that for which I came.

    It was actually one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Wilfredo Cruz was like top of the line when it comes to a dealer in getting a new vehicle. He still makes sure it's all good so thanks to Wilfredo again.

    The recall work was done quickly. When I returned to pick my car up, after going to the cashier I stood by the door waiting on a porter for a at least 10 minutes, after being told by the representative to stand by the door and wait. A young man came in after me, got his paperwork, walked outside and somehow got his car before me. I stood by the door with individuals walking pass me and not asking if I needed any assistance. I finally went to a representative and asked him how much longer would I have to wait considering someone came in after me and had got his car and was gone already. He got a gentleman to help me. I think the pick up process needs to be better.

    Miguel was fantastic with his customer service. Knew exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. I even sent my sister there the next day to purchase a car and she did. Keep up the good work and you've got a customer for life. I've overly satisfied with my purchase.

    I dropped off my vehicle and it was ready quicker than I thought and it was cleaned as I requested. They also found other repairs that were needed that I forgot about during my service visit.

    Everything was o.k, except for when I got back in my car there was a big oil footprint on my floor mat. Next time I will make an appointment.

    In a million characters or less my experience was awesome. I came for repair to my 2011 and left with my more than my hearts desire a 2014 Impala, it is spectacular, every day I drive it I don't want to get out of it. My salesman name is Chris Irving most polite, kind, customer service friendly ever. He cleaned my old car out and put it in my new while I sat with my friend Joe. See I had my 2011 four years every time I came for a oil change I'd look at a 2014 in the show room, to be told NO not now, next year. The year finally came with Chris. I took a break while waiting for repair and walked out the front door when I walked back through the front door there was Chris, can I help you, Ha I laugh yall always tell me no. Let's see he said. They tried and tried while they were trying and I was wishing I the porter brought in a Red 2014 Impala why you doing this to me God, I am not even going to go look at it cause all they let me do is sit in it they never let me test drive. I sat there and stared at it. Much later Chris came back just hold on he said. Then he came back and said follow me, he walked to the red show room car, why, why I thought he said here sit in it of course I said, then he said it's yours, I cried at least 20 minutes. Chris introduced me to the sales manager who got me financing. Then I sat with Joe. I love Webb Chevy, this is my third car purchase from Webb. My service experiences are just as good always friendly to me can I get a car wash too, sure. Webb Chevy gave me my dream car, the car I research before it came to America and when it came I couldn't get it. Now is my time. It is the most beauty every time I get out of it I say LUXURY, some days I can't believe it's mine. I've already dressed it with a car bra, window bra and side reflectors NEVER HAVE I EVER DONE THAT ! The sales manager said you deserve this car, we got it for you. I about to cry again. Thank you Webb Chevy, Thank you Chris, Thanks Tim, Thanks Joe, and thank you to the lady who works in service.

    I went to 3 different Ford places and was jerked around. Then Ram. Finally I said "forget it" and stayed local. Walked into Webb and met Chris. It was like talking to a friend. He was awesome and I felt like Webb was really really there to help me. Not screw me over like all the others. I will always come back and send all my friends. Thank you very much.

    Appreciated the car wash, but it was poorly done. My vehicle was still dirty and they didn't bother to dry it.

    Awesome service overall. The wait time, communication about my vehicle, and most recently, coming in due to service engine light being on has always been handled expeditiously and with care! I brought my vehicle back to WEBB for the service engine light because my first service experience was great and since moving to this area and bringing my vehicle to WEBB to be serviced has left a 5 star impression on me. Thanks Danielle O'Connor for providing me with great customer support, every time.
