I was very impressed with Roger's product knowledge and willingness to help me find the exact car… that I was looking for. The exact car that I wanted wasn't on the lot. However, Roger spent considerable time showing me the various features that I desred in "my car" on similar models. He assured me that he would have "my car",in a few days. Roger delivered as promised. I am very pleased with Bredemann's overall professionalism and in Roger Diaz's efforts to assure that I was a very satisfied customer.Congratulations on your new ride, Roger! About ready to walk out, Roger Diaz stepped in… and turned the visit around completely. Not only does he go through the process but he completely respected me as a customer in his words and actions. I would 100% recommend Roger to any customer looking to buy or lease a new car from Bredemann, especially a woman shopping alone. You can walk in knowing that you will not be intimidated, talked down to, or discredited because of your gender. Wonderful experience buying a RAV 4
by thepace on 06/07/2016Aften being treated like an idiot at two other Toyota dealerships I was referred to Bredemann in Park Ridge. My sales rep (Dave Lurie) was patient and answered all of my questions. The process of selecting MY RAV 4 (color, etc), zeroing in… on a price, trading in my old Camry, and then leasing the new vehicle was painless. Just like Mr. Lurie, the leasing/financing person and the service person treated me just like I try to treat my clients. I could not have been more pleased!Congratulations on your new Toyota RAV4! First time buyer

I'm always quite intimidated by the idea of buying a car because of stereotypes, profiling, and experiences I've heard from others I trust. I'm young,… almost petite, and a woman, so I went in with my husband. I was not profiled and I was given the best deal possible, which is great because that was a stickler for me. My husband didn't do any of the talking and my salesman (Paul Costouros) did not push me to make any decisions before I was ready. I felt completely comfortable and confident with truthful advice coming from my salesman. Paul Costouros was really excellent, very kind and honest. He let me decide what I needed and showed me cars that would meet those needs. He really took my concerns and budget into account. He answered all my questions and gave me information on questions I should be asking as well. At the end of the day I did make a purchase of a new car and I love it. It fit all my needs and it fit my budget restrictions. Bredemann Toyota, and mostly Paul, made my car shopping experience wonderful and I would go back for my next car purchase as well. I recommend them and I mostly recommend Paul!Congratulations on your first vehicle purchase, how exciting! We are so proud to read about your experience in our showroom while working with Paul! Great customer service and excellent buying experience

We have been to two other dealers and Nestor was the only one who was able to meet our needs. He was very accomodating. We mentioned what we wanted and… he delivered and went above and beyond in delivering what we wanted in a car. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and my family.
