I was looking for a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz and spoke to Kyle who said that he had a few options in the style, color and options I wanted. When I arrived, he had a car waiting… in their indoor showroom, clean and ready to test drive. He hit a homerun on the first try - I didn't even look at a second car. The whole buying experience was world-class from the atmosphere in the dealership to the laid back yet professionalism of everyone involved. I will buy my next car from Mercedes-Benz of Saint Charles.Best Roadside Service

by bacala86 on 04/06/2014updated 04/25/2025I brought my car in for service at 7am, I was surprised that a number of employees walked from one end of service to another without informing me that I was wasting my time and that I had the option to drop off my car keys in the drop box… with suggested repairs. The service light was on requiring an oil change and a coupon was in the drop box envelope but the oil change was not completed for what ever reason so now I have to make another trip back to the dealer. But I would like to thank Mark for being so through with me on when the car would be completed and met my demands since I was leaving the country the next day.Awesome Customer Service!

Joel was absolutely the best sales person to work with and the dealership is top notch. St. Charles was even able to find and get the particular Benz… (style, options and color) I wanted, even though they did not have that car in their inventory, for a great price. I bought the Benz because of the great sales team, however, when I went to the service department for the cars standard maintenance service, I was so… impressed, that I would rank the SALES and SERVICE, both, clearly as a hands down reason to purchase a Mercedes Benz from St. Charles. They absolutely treat you as if you were an old friend or family. My sales… associate, Joel, was very laid back, with no pressure whatsoever, and I felt very comfortable with him immediately. The finance department was also very friendly and efficient, and went way out of hiis way to help me get the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales associate to anyone contemplating either a new, or used Mercedes.Great buying experience.

He was able to work a deal that I thought was fair, without any pressure. Much better deal than what the other MB dealers were… offering in the area. He was able to get the exact car I requested within a 2 days. He sent a spec sheet of the car for me to review before making a decision. The whole process was a breeze, no surprises. From day one, my salesperson Carol spent as much time as needed with me to… assure my questions were answered and that I had all the info. I needed to make my purchase. There was never any pressure or sales 'tactics'; everything was upfront with complete transparency. I ordered my car from the factory and was kept informed of its progress from order creation through delivery to the dealer. Upon delivery, all the paperwork was correct and ready to go and the actual purchase and signing of documents lasted no more than 10 minutes. Then I was able to spend as much time as needed with my salesperson reviewing the car and its operation. It was a seamless experience and actually a fun experience, which is something not usually associated with the purchase of a new car. MB of St. Charles will treat you right and make you feel at home. Deal with confidence.
