by Jackie Kieta on 07/23/2021I am grateful that you were able to service my car. It appears that you have a new service tech. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle and I had to call to find out if it was completed. The service tech, finally called with… an estimate, but when I came to pick up my car is was $300 more that what he quoted. Also, last time I was in, there was an issue with my key when I started my car. It said to obtain a new key. They changed the batteries and the message was still there. Instead of leaving my car behind, I mentioned to the service tech to please note this on my file and we will visit this the next time I came in. Well, I brought this up and the service tech said this has to do with the programming of the remote start. Well, first of all, I don't use the remote start and I think someone was messing around with the programming of my key last time I was there. Of course, nobody knew anything. Now, I am told that I need to purchase a new key, which probably runs about $300 and the mechanics fee will be around $200 to program the key. My issue is that there was not any problem with the key when I brought my car in, only after I left. Thank you, Jackie KietaWe apologize for your recent experience in service. Unfortunately, when a vehicle is worked on and disconnected it auto sets itself when re-connected. There is nothing we can do for that if there is a problem to start. For safety reasons, the battery is often disconnected. We will do what we can to assist you with the issue.

I have dealt with their direct Benz competitors and other Luxury brands over 35 years. I can't say enough great things about our sales person Carol… and Taylor their concierge who conducted an extensive training session. (My wife wanted to adopt Taylor). It's really nice to see employee longevity that like what they do vs a turn style operation. It it indicative of superior management and it definitely shows. FYI I rarely respond to surveys, but these folks deserve kudos! I'm looking forward to using their service department.We are thrilled to have you as our customer and look forward to working with you for many years to come. AEM Emissions Recall
by James Kotelensky on 05/28/2021I had the AEM Emissions recall preformed. All went well except the time involved. The settlement states "If your appointment takes three hours or more and you are not offered a loaner vehicle, shuttle, or alternative form of… transportation, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement up to $35 for travel expenses." I was not informed until the three hour mark that the recall would take one and one half hours longer. Nothing was offered and so I waited a total of four and a half hours. I thought in lieu of the long wait the $26 for 2 rusty clamps would be waved. No such luck. Not thrilled but the closest (20 miles) MB dealer to me. Not surprised!!We apologize your visit took longer than expected. There are times, unforseen issues arise. Mercedes-Benz USA does not allow the individual dealerships to have any add ons. We hope you understand. Thanks again for servicing with us!
Excellent, Again

No gory details, but suffice to say that from Service and Sales Managers to the intake personnel and the Techs: flawless. A spiffy C300… loaner, transparent conversations, all smooth as glass. I guess one would label me as a poor man with a rich man’s car, but they get that, as always. The Best or Nothing, indeed.Thanks for sharing, Cole! We are thrilled to have you as our customer!
