Great service for my LX470

I also loved the RX350 loaner he gave me; quite the luxurious little SUV rocket ship! Anyway, Tony did a… great job keeping me updated and explained what needed to be done and why it was important to get a part replaced etc. Glad my dad and I have brought our LX470s to be serviced here for the last 20 years!!It has been our pleasure working with you for all the years, Jose! Service Costs
by Recent Service on 10/02/2021I didn't have any issue with my service experience but the cost was very high. For a 60,000 service check, the cost was over $550 and on top of that, I needed a new battery. A new battery with only 53k+ miles on the car. My husband's… Toyota has 185K miles on it with the same battery. I would have thought Lexus products would last longer.Thanks again for servicing with us! Our pricing is competitive with the area. Lexus services are a bit more than Toyota. Batteries usually go by age, not miles. Also, use, history. Our service history from our Toyota store, does not show a battery lasting 15 years, if you had an annual mileage of 12,000. Fast and well done

After purchasing my car from Mark D. at Woodfield Lexus, I am now completely confident in car buying. Mark D. did not pressure a sale. Mark… educated and informed me about the car features. Lexus quality sells itself. Mark cleared up misconceptions I had about moonroofs. I had read that moonroofs rattled. The car available to purchase had a moonroof so I was reluctant to buy it. After Mark assured me that Lexus moonroofs are in a class of their own, I bought the car and now the moonroof is my favorite feature! Mark D. assessed the market value of my trade in and offered me a fair top market price. Jamis J. and Mark D. informed me of the importance of timing in my decision to use the trade in value to purchase a new car in the present market, which gave me confidence to buy now. a good experience overall
by valerie herrmann on 09/10/2021I was very pleased with the check in process, the work that was done on my Lexus and the prompt service. I was a bit put off by the service representative trying to tell me that a diagnostic would be required (at an additional cost) when I… was certain it wasn't. The representative later called me to admit that he was mistaken.We apologize if the advisor made you feel uncomfortable about the possible diagnostic charges. We need to inform the customer of possible charges ahead of time or most get upset why we did not tell them this could happen. We are happy to hear further diagnostics was not needed. Our technicians are Lexus certified and paid by Lexus USA time scale for jobs performed. For minor diagnostics Woodfield Lexus handles the cost. Thanks again for servicing with us!
48 Month Service - Water Pump Warranty
by Carl Fischer on 09/05/2021I told my service writer that on November 21, 2020, I checked fluid levels and found the coolant overflow tank empty. I refilled it and it has stayed full since. He had the service technician check the cooling system. The water pump was… found to be leaking. It was replaced under warranty. My warranty was about to expire and this was the last of my complimentary maintenance after buying my 2016 RX 350 as a Lexus Certified used vehicle. They could have ignored it and looked for it at my next visit...which then I would have had to pay. This is first class service.We do our best to assist our customers!
