Love the Service - Love the Silverado

I found a Silverado at Apple Chevy and they took care of me! They serviced the truck and took care of my concerns prior to purchase. They weren't pushy about warranties, but they for sure offered. I always like to see and hear about them,… but ultimately decided that it wasn't for me. Financing was simple and the truck has been a great!

I found a truck on car gurus, called and had gotten Dan on the phone, he answered all questions in a timely manner, set an appointment and I was able to get in the next day to see the vehicle. Price was exactly as… discussed and he was able to take money off before I even got there, Susan went with on the test drive it was everything I had asked for and was looking for. Extremely Upset & Unhappy
by Upset customer on 01/15/2024DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I live in WI & I purchased a 2015 MB E350 through Apple Chevy on 12/09/2023. The CarFax report was great and according to the dealer, the car passed their inspection. Asked if… anything was wrong with the vehicle and was told that the car was perfect. Right after purchasing and driving the car off the lot, I noticed that the headlights were misaligned, the glove box door latch fell off the glove box, the rear driver taillight wasn't functioning, the driver's side control switch for the rear passenger window wasn't functioning and the AC button on the climate control remained on without being able to manually turn off. messaged the manager and sales rep got no response. I took the vehicle to get inspected at the nearest MB dealer near me and was told that aside from those issues, the air dam clips were missing, exhaust had broken connection & the front engine covers were leaking oil onto the belt drive and alternator. Price breakdown to repair: Left inoperable tail lamp $ 769 Driver's Door master window switch $941 Climate Control Head Unit $1,143 Install missing air dam clips $75 Heal lamps aimed $157 Glove box assembly $ 1,195 Exhaust connection $145 Fix leaking engine covers $1,617 Oh & both front tires were at 2mm from the wear out bars. That was $688 for the tires + $249 for alignment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. [non-permissible content removed]. I didn't have the $ to fix all the issues, so had to leave the glove box & master window switch for another time. Once again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!Great Staff and Service

From sales to service everyone is kind, helpful, polite and patience. My 2023 Camero is now my best car ever. He also removed paint off auto which was caused my me hitting a yellow post at a gas… station. The work was done in a smooth and timely matter. When I went to have it installed they said what percentage do you want your tent. I was told I could become illegal… if it was tinted to dark. Why wasn't I told this when I was thinking about purchasing the extra tint? This seems like a very shady business practice. I was told my money would be refunded. It hasn't happened well over a week later. Also I attempted to buy a GM warranty after the sale. The quote they gave me was going to go up in just a few days. I was told by another dealer this was just a scare tactic. Don't walk away from Apple Chevrolet, run and run like crazy.Purchased a 2021 Trail Blazer

I was approached by Greg and the guy would not stop trying to get me to buy a specific… car because of it being a "great deal." You know how awful a person and their brand is when the only thing they can do to counter you is to interrupt, talk over you, and trash any other business or opposing viewpoint without attempting to converse. Greg had nothing better to do than waste time with rhetoric and statistics that change from company to company.Also, the guy treated my wife disrespectfully, hardly engaging with her and only trying to speak directly TO me as if I'm the only one that matters in this purchase. I honestly think this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership.Very Pleased!

He is very knowledgeable no high pressure sales tactics, he was wiling to go the extra mile for us, Jeff was willing to accommodate our schedule and he made it the best car buying experience that we have ever had!
