Very excellent experience! Mike Bianco my salesman was very helpful and professional, as were Chevo Moreno and all the other staff. I’ve bought vehicles from victor ford before and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

by polorls6719 on 10/17/2015Pulled into this dealership not knowing what to expect. Only thing that I knew was that Victor Ford used to be an SVT dealer. My only experience with SVT dealers was never a good one as they are usually very cocky and think they are way… better than they actually are(Anderson Ford in Clinton being one of them). My wife, kids, and myself starting to look at the 2015 Taurus SHO we came to look at and were greeted by the Used Car Manager Mike Bianco. Let me just say that if first impressions are everything he knocked it out of the park. He introduced himself and acknowledged my wife and kids both right away! This is very important to me as they are my family and help in my decision making process! He asked what we were looking for an we told him the SHO. He without ever making me step inside let me drive the car! During the drive he gave us a few facts about the car and its history with the dealership and then built the rapport he needed to with us. When we got back to the dealership we informed him of our intentions with a purchase and that we had been looking at other cars. Told him that this was the last one to drive and we would let him know. He gave us his card and said if we had any questions to give him a call. No pressure, no come in and sit down, no what can I do to get you into that car today! Let me tell you, this is the most important thing to me is to not be pressured into making a purchase. At that point we left the dealership. Later that night after going over numbers and ideas we had a set number in mind for the car. We returned to the dealership to see what they could do with the numbers that we were looking it. Mike greeted us again and we immediately started the negotiations. I knew about what my car was worth for trade as I had gotten a few appraisals. Mike was right on the number we needed. I told him a number I would like to pay and we did the old car game with numbers for about an hour. Finally settling on the number that myself and my wife had pretty much discussed before we got there. My only question on the entire car was who was the previous owner and it turns out it was a actual Ford Motor Company Exec car. Mike pulled the title and showed it to me when asked as well as the Carfax. When we went to the business office there was no pressure to buy anything in there either. I had already worked the Extended Warranty into the deal. No attempt to sell paint protection or undercoating which I appreciate. Milt in the business office was great. He offered, no pressured but offered me a wheel and tire package and explained the benefits as it pertained to the specific vehicle. AWD with low profile tires and 20 inch rims. I agreed and they had another sale without any argument. Overall I have purchased a few cars in my life. Usually end up leaving and coming back multiple times working numbers and trade amounts. They having to fight over the extended warranties and any extras that we wanted thrown in. Not here. They were kind, courteous, professional, and very down to earth! My wife will be upgrading next year and we were basically set on a 2016 Honda Pilot. After experiencing this dealership and her driving a newer Explorer we will be returning to purchase that vehicle from Mike as well! Thank you Victor Ford! You have earned a customer for life! They happily… offered to try to locate a new 2015 for me and within 10 minutes made me a very fair offer. It was the simplest car-buying experience I have every had! Everyone bent over to make sure this was a pleasant experience, from Kyle, who sold me the car, to Clint the manager, Mark who delivered the car on a day Kyle wasn't working, to the finance guy whose name I can't remember. We have had experiences at other car dealers that leave you wishing that we hadn't bought a… vehicle there because it seemed that as soon as the paperwork had been completed, you felt like you were no longer welcome there and you best be moving on. But that was not the case at Victor Ford. It was a long way to drive for a vehicle, but we would have no problem making that drive again. Thank you.Great service
