Great communication and he gave me everything I asked for😁!! I walked off the lot with a brand new… 2024 KIA FORTE with only 9miles, First owner! Great low affordable payments! I totally recommend seeing Mr Ricks for best deals!!!!!!Stellar job!
by Catherine on 01/06/2024I can't give enough thanks to Classic Kia for helping me order my new K5. I was there a few months ago looking for a specific car that they didn't have at the time. I was offered the option to place an order for the exact car I wanted.… Nobody else gave me this option.... I was nervous because I have never ordered a car before but all my questions were answered and I didn't have that bad gut feeling I get when I usually walk into a dealership. I said screw it and placed the deposit for the order. They told me it would take about 4-5 months, but it came in 3!! I was so happy 😊 When I came back to fill out the paperwork the car was clean, paperwork was prepared, and I was in and out within a few hours. Great job Classic Kia! You guys know how to do it right!The price never changed.

I called classic to get pricing on a Telluride and they gave it to me without… giving me any push back. I was still nervous to drive over and hour and half away to this dealer, but I did it anyways and I'm happy I did. I was greeted by nugget the mini poodle and his dad Sean. Everybody was so friendly and I left with the car of my dreams for a great price.Pain free buying experience!

I got a 2024 Kia Seltos EX that me and my wife love. Overall, a… pleasant and hassle-free car buying experience. Sean Philps the GM can’t even return a call, Mike Flament director of… operations and Jose Lopez assistant service manager they’re all horrible and think they’re better then the rest. They refuse to work on your vehicle that’s warranty work and black list you from there dealership I’d recommend that you don’t buy or get service done at this dealership at allA Smooth and Uncomplicated Sales Experience

In delivering the vehicle, Kashif took the time to walk me through all its various… electronic accessories. He even went so far as to connect my phone to the vehicle's hands free capabilities (that saved me a headache!). I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years, including various makes and models from different dealers. This was far and away my most stress free sales experience. I offer my strongest possible recommendation for Classic Toyota and in particular, Kashif Mirza.January 21 indeed!

by Casey F on 03/19/2022Some people aren't extremely social or interested in small talk. Some people have DISABILITIES that limit their desire/interest/skills in extensive social interactions. Some of us want to purchase vehicles and pay in cash or finance them… with our historical financial institutions. Some people purchasing cars at a higher price like to pamper the vehicle. He/she/they might ask the dealership not to wash or remove the plastic from the vehicle to prevent swirl marks, scratches, micro-scratches, and other unsightly issues. People might utilize detailers with whom they have ongoing relationships to perform such tasks. Also, some people don't use apps or choose to live in the "connected" world. That is their right. None of the above should result in repeated threats to "not sale" the car or to behave in bullying fashion. When children on the playground become aggressive, threatening and use coercion to get their way, they are defined as bullies. So too, it is with adult bullies. Jennifer P, Yoshi Y, and the General Sales Manager all engaged in threatening coercive manners. Each threatened not the sell me the Kia EV6-FE if I didn't do exactly as they wished. I didn't want dealer financing; Jennifer issued a threat not to sell the vehicle. I am NOT a connected person, so I did not want an app connected to my car. I expressed such to the general sales manager. He became loud and aggressive and threatened not to sale me the car unless I downloaded the app and connected the car. My partner and I remained calm but were internally infuriated. He mentioned to me that he didn't like being bullied. Then Yoshi Y became irate and wanted to "cancel the sell" AFTER I had signed all of the paperwork and paid him $65,011.64 for a First Edition Kia EV6 that I had reserved with a deposit, online with Kia, nine months earlier. I was excited about the arrival of the car, but it needlessly sat in their lot for three days for no purpose, other than to charge. I could have charged it at home. They had control, I had patience. After Yoshi's yelling and bullyish behavior, he told us that my deal was a nightmare from the beginning. It must have been a nightmare because I politely and repeatedly stated that I was NOT interested in communicating about dealer financing. I asked for the total price and was ready to pay it; I did not negotiate for a lower price. I wrote a respectful email requesting that they do not wash the car or remove the plastic because I would be taking it directly to a detailer for work. I calmly told the general sales manager that I didn't want to use an app with the car. It is befuddling that they would be aggressive, angry, and bullyish when asked to perform less work for the same amount of money. My suggestion is simple-try advertising with these words-"If you won't finance with us, submit to our commands, and kiss our butts, buy your car elsewhere." Be bold, upfront, and honest about Classic Kia's preferred style of aggressive, coercive, and threatening style of customer service. As my car reservation did not allow me to change dealerships, I paid [non-permissible content removed] on Classic Kia's playground $65k in a transaction that Yoshi Y yelled was a "nightmare." The nightmare was Classic Kia's own making. One week after the sale, Classic Kia requested that I provide a review for the $65k nightmare that Classic Kia had to suffer. Here we are. Allow me to apologize. I apologize for wanting to use my credit union's financing. I apologize that I wanted my long-term detailer to prep the car and do other work immediately upon receiving the vehicle. I apologize that I don't want to use an app connected to the car. I also apologize that three of you became aggressive and threatened not to sell the First Edition car that I had reserved nine months earlier. That's that! by I dont know to put here on 09/19/2020I did not fully read a service offer received as an email attachment to realize that it did not apply to my kia because it uses synthetic oil. Asking for an explanation, Mike came over and just kept pointing at the wording in the offer… about how synthetic oil vehicles may cost more. The conversation became un-necessarily uncomfortable. At one point Mike gestured to the exit and invited me to be on my way. I think Mike needs to re-watch the customer friendly training video.Wonderful Long Distance Sales Experience
by Wonderful Long Distance Sales on 06/24/2020We are from St Louis and we were looking for a CPO Kia Stinger to purchase, as i had been drooling over them non stop since release. The Mrs. finally relented and let me go shopping for one, on the condition i don't go hog wild. All of the… used ones in our area were overpriced by $5,000+. Classic Kia Waukegan (in Chicago area) had just the vehicle I was looking for (2018, CPO, AWD), but they were almost 300 miles away, and i had never attempted a long distance purchase like this or this big. I called them up to inquire about the vehicle and they could not have been better on getting the info i needed to feel better about the purchase over a distance. Jennifer could not have been a better/nicer person to deal with. We inquired on a Saturday afternoon, and had an agreed price by Monday. We made a deposit, and by Tuesday morning I was on a plane to go up there for a final inspection/test drive. The vehicle was wonderful and drives like a dream. Jennifer and Yoshi (F&I) had everything ready for me and it took all of 1 hour to sign the papers and I was on my long (5 hour drive) home. Every time there was a snag, hiccup or snarl with the bank needing more paperwork or documents for the car, Jennifer was there to help us out. I almost started feeling bad because she was like a personal assistant. No joke, in a span of a few hours we had traded 6 or 7 phone calls. She was just as nice and bubbly in person as on the phone and made finalizing the deal super easy. Got the car we wanted, at the price point we wanted, and had nothing but a easy, smooth experience. This sort of purchase is normally too nerve wracking for most buyers to consider, as a lot of things can go wrong. In this case they delivered and were very up front and honest about everything and made for a great buying experience. Thanks a bunch Jennifer and Classic Kia! 100% would recommend again.Disappointment
by Disappointment on 05/23/2020I came into the Kia side of the Dealership to test drive a 2016 Chevy Traverse. I had bought a 2012 Kia Soul from them new and was extremely pleased with almost everything. Honest, careful, fair. Something I thought no Auto dealer was… anymore. I was assigned to Nick from sales and he spent a couple of hours with me as I drove a 2015 Kia Sorrento and the aforementioned Traverse. My wife and I decided that the Traverse would be better to suit our needs. I talked with Nick and the Sales manager as well. I told them I had a trade in that I wanted them to value and they explained to me that the Sales Manager would not be in on Friday(this being late afternoon on a Wednesday) and that a completion of sale would have to be on Saturday. That was fine as I need to arrange financing anyway. I called and left a message for Nick on his voice mail on Thursday to keep him up dated as to my progress. I did not hear back from him but was not worried as they never lied to me before. I called Nicks cell phone on Friday morning(the day the manager was off) and asked him to let me know what was up about the closing. He said he would talk to the manager and get back to me At about 2:30 in the afternoon I got a text(a TEXT) telling me the car was no longer on their lot and was there any other car I might be interested in?. I texted back "What is this all about" No answer. About 10 minutes later I got another text to the effect that someone else had bought the car Wednesday evening. I wrote back" No call, no notice" I said that I was disappointing and that they were unprofessional No response. About 1/2 hour later I got an" I apologize for this"note. I realize that the company did not have a signed sales contract with me and could do what ever they wanted but to sell it just after i had all but promised to buy it without even calling me to give me a chance to decided to buy it then is really unbelievable. And to make matters worse when my wife and I arrived at 3:30 pm to pick up our Soul from service there sat the Traverse in a parking stall. and even better today, Friday evening with a brand new website now on line, the car is still listed for sale. And amazingly enough when I looked for a way to contact them to write a letter of complaint they have no method of contact other than the phone listed on their site and no Executives listed higher than the Sales Manager who I can only imagine ok'ed this whole fiasco. So should you decided to go there I suggest you make sure everything you get is in writing as they are apparently no longer trustworthy. Needlesws to say I will never be back.Purchase of New Car

They offered beverages and always asked if we had any questions, whenever i did, they answered in depth and provided personal experiences. The waiting process was a bit long for the financing part, but it was well worth it. trust me! This is the best kia hands down. This hands down was the best car purchase I have ever had - and i've purchased numerous cars over my 40 years of driving! Clean and comfortable dealership. Free wifi,… snacks, coffee. As far as the purchase went - there was no pressure from Gary (a veteran as well!), the salesman. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. The finance guy, Sean was equally nice. I got a very fair deal on my trade in and did not go thru the typical "haggling". The car is fantastic- fully loaded, recommended by Consumer Reports and has an excellent safety rating by the NTSB. My wife and I couldn't be happier with it!
