Great Experience Buying a Ford Escape
Great experience
by ScubaDiver97 on 04/07/2016I stopped by the dealership assuming I would have to make an appointment. But, they said they could take me right then if I could wait. Waited and the truck was done in an hour or less. I should mention that I have a maintenance package on… this vehicle which includes some seat filters and wipers they changed those out also except for the passage seat filter which they didn't have in stock but gave a rain check for it all I have do is take it in and they'll change it too. Great service and cost!

The service manager came out later and told me that I needed a new lug nut( he showed me the bad one)and also needed to replace my windshield wiper blades. I agreed to both and when it came time… to pay (over $78);it was all free due to my Owner's Advantage account balance. They also washed my car for me too. It doesn't get better than that! Thanks Haggerty Ford!It is great to hear you get back on the road with confidence because of your trust in our business! I would like to mention that the atmosphere at Haggerty Ford seemed very pleasant and professional, the agents withheld a down-to-earth, knowledgeable, approachable attitude and… no double talk. With consideration to my hectic schedule at times, my issue was resolved efficiently. Well, as far as I can tell. I'm no expert but I am intuitive to great customer service!! New Key
by B332676 on 03/19/2016I bought a 2013 Ford Edge Sport from another dealer and brought it to Haggerty Ford To have them program a new Key and help me with the new features. The Dealer I bought the car ONLY cared about the sale. I knew that I could just drive… over to Haggerty Ford and get help. They took their time and gave me 100% of the needed attention and answered all my questions. They had the new Key programed and I was out the door satisfied in 30 minutes!!! Plus received a "Thank You" email from the service department. The Ford Dealer I bought the car from didn't even do that!! I also have a 2011 Ford Edge and Haggerty Ford will continue to get all of my business. Great Job!! ThanksGreat service

I got there and there were a few items I needed checked and I really didn't want to,wait so they had a porter take me home and pick me up when my car was finished! It was a great thing so I didn't have to… wait there! They were super friendly and made having my CSR serviced very easy!!It was truly a pleasure to do business with you! by NickPoulos on 01/12/2016When I mentioned that I was going to do some work on my laptop while me vehicle was being serviced, the Service Manager showed me an area where I could use a desk to get my work done until the vehicle was ready. He said that he would let me… know when the vehicle was ready so I did not have to keep going to the service area to check on it. I was able to use the time almost as if I had never left my office. When my vehicle was ready, the Service Manager let me know and I was able to get back to my office without a loss of time. The only impact on my time was the drive back and forth which was minimal. This made having the service done very, very easy on my schedule.It is great to read such wonderful comments about your recent experience with us, NickPoulos! Great car-buying experience

The communication was very good, the experience at the dealership was great, and we walked out with our car the same day we test-drove. We were also able to get it looked at last-minute… at the service department when a fan belt started slipping (we think). We still need to resolve that issue, but so far we are very happy with the friendly, open customer service we have received at this dealership in every department.Great prompt service

We were honest about our situation and where we stood on the price. We worked with Dan and it was honestly the best experience… we've ever had with a car salesman in all our years of buying cars. He wasn't pushy at all. He didn't play any games with the price. He was extremely patient with us. He was extremely knowledgeable also. I would highly recommend him. The finance guy was also wonderful to work with. He made the process extremely painless and was also straightforward. The whole process was relatively quick and easy. We really weren't expecting to buy a car the day we came into Haggerty. We just wanted to check out their inventory and prices. The deal was so good and the salesman so helpful that we ended up taking the car home that day. Oh and we LOVE the car. So happy with our experience. To be honest, we had been praying about finding the right car and we feel like God answered our prayers at Haggerty!!Thank you for the awesome review, gottahavefaith! He was very patient in showing me the differences between the two and in the differences… between models of the Explorer once we narrowed it down. He also took the time to go over all the features of the Ford Explorer - lots of great technology! I also traded in a Chevrolet Tahoe. The whole experience was pleasant, not high pressure as I have experienced at some dealerships in the past.awesome services
