by thetruth17 on 06/12/2015Do not, absolutely do not, visit or do business with Laurel BMW of Westmont. They run the most dishonest and misleading business I have ever dealt with. Let me go over my story so that no one ever makes the mistake of visiting this… dishonest business. I purchased a used BMW from Laurel BMW of Westmont. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I asked to see the prepurchase inspection and asked what service this vehicle will need. My sales person informed me that all of the service was completed on this car and it needs nothing. The car had a valve cover gasket leak but he told me they fixed it and even went over the cost which was around $2,000 (they did a brake job as well). The sales person made me feel confident enough and I went on to purchase the car. Three months later and after 3 trips to a BMW mechanic (including 1 time where I had to have my car towed off the highway) totaling around $1,500 in repairs, the BMW mechanic tells me I have a valve cover gasket leak and that all of my issues have been caused by this leak and to fix the valve cover gasket it would be upwards of $1,000. I called Laurel BMW of Westmont and told them I am having an issue with the gasket leak (which the sales person told me they already fixed) and expected Laurel BMW to repair this free of charge due to the fact BMW warranties all parts and repairs for 2 years. Anyway, the service manager calls and tells me that they never even repaired the leak prior to me purchasing. The sales person lied to me and told me the leak was fixed, when in fact it was not. This has been a nightmare and led to thousands in repair bills. The sales manager called me and told me there was nothing they could do. They would not admit what they did was wrong. They committed AUTO FRAUD. They are not making right on their mistake. Now I will have to exhaust all efforts to get this resolved, most likely in court. EVERYONE, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE.Great customer orientation

We were greeted by a greeter and she found an available salesperson to work with and we met Lily. Lily, was great to work with. She was knowledgable, she… listened to our needs, answered our questions, she was professional, and a pleasure to work with. We went on a test drive and Lily explained the features and benefits of the car and spoke to us after the test drive. She made sure our questions were answered, she have us her business card and followed up with us via an email. We came in a week later to purchase a vehicle. We were happy with the overall experience, it was a pleasant experience. We walked away, happy and relieved because there was no hassle. The car was present to us clean and detailed. Lily, our sales person went over every aspect of the vehicle and made sure to set up our keys and how to operate the Vechile.
