    Everyone at this dealership treated me well. The sales staff were patient, friendly, not pushy, and didn't seem like they were trying to take advantage of me. They got me a great rate in the finance department and the whole thing lasted less than 2.5 hours. Awesome experience!!!

    Salesman worked hard and was very patient. There was a casual, low-pressure (can't say "no" pressure though) atmosphere. Salesman was allowed to and did give me payment quotes right at his desk without having to fill out any paperwork or needing to run a credit application first. Salesman gave me back my keys immediately after having my trade-in evaluated. (Many dealerships I have been to don't and in essence make it harder for you to leave without a major production of having to talk to the manager first, etc.) Finance guy was very annoying....not taking "no" for an answer when trying to sell me extras. Didn't do much to go out their way (I wasn't even offered anything to drink, given a folder to put the sales papers into, etc.), but it was a satisfactory experience overall.

    Worst service department EVER!!! I purchased a used certified 2008 Grand Prix in December 2008 and have had nothing but problems with it. I have had 2 remotes replaced, the driver s seat replaced, the gas cap replaced, and a few other items and every time they replace something I have to take it back up there so that they can re-fix it. The latest is the transmission. I took it up there almost a month ago for its 100,000 mile service and I also wanted them to find out why my car was surging once in a while. They had it for about a week and said that it had a clogged EGR valve and that it would cost $500 to fix it, so I tell them to fix it and I drive my car the next day and it’s surging worse than it was before. So I go back up there and I tell them that it’s not fixed and that this time I need a rental car. So they give me a rental car and 3days later they call and say that the service manager told them to stop messing with my car, that if they can’t figure it out give it back to me. So by this time I’m pissed at the response so I go up there with my boyfriend and he tells them to hook a computer up to it and let me drive it around so that the computer can find the error (you would think they would have done this), so they hook up the computer and I take it back and it tells them that it is my transmission. So they said that they can try to flush the fluids since it needs that anyway and it might help, but if it doesn’t then I will need at least a solenoid, and possibly a torque throttle. So I tell them that they can flush the fluids, but that I really need a car tomorrow and they said that ok we ll get you one. So the next day I pick up my car and it’s still surging, so I get a quote off them for the other stuff and they say it will be anywhere from $1200-3600. So I told them that I wanted to think about it over the weekend and I went back in on Monday and told them to start them they could start the work and that I need a car. Well now they won’t give me a rental. And I checked my bank account and they charged me for the last rental so I am pissed. It’s not my fault their mechanics don t know what they’re doing. And they know I drive all over the state so they know I need a car. I will NEVER buy another GM product, and after they fix my cay I will NEVER take another car there again.
