I had been looking online and was very anxious about going to a car dealership to purchase a new car. Cristian V responded to my online inquiry promptly and without any pressure - just letting me know he was there if I wanted to take a… look at the car. Cristian never pressured me. The test drive was great! Everything the advertised features highlighted were present. The finance person - Charles - was very real and genuine. Charles made the finance part stress free. Charles is also very real and genuine!
After the finance part I was waiting for Cristian to talk me through my next steps and another salesperson started to talk to me about my purchase. She was so kind! I did not get her name. The entire experience was wonderful! Thank you!

by Jerri Witchey on 06/22/2025Came in for oil change. Acura vacuums the car as a complimentary service which is really nice. I was looking forward to it. It “wasn’t done” I mentioned to the guy and he “re did it” i had a lot of dirt from walking in woods and a wadded up… straw wrapper that was still there. Ugh… do I say something ? They normally do a fantastic job. Tony saw me and came out. I hated saying anything, but this isn’t their norm. He took care of the issue. He even washed the floor mats! We’ve been coming here for 30 years. They have a great service team, that is a huge part why we keep buying from Honda/Acura. Thank you Tony! Keep up the excellent service!Great experience Nick and the team are the best.

Nick was very informative and knowledgeable without being pushy. He listened to understand my needs in a vehicle and followed… through informing me when a vehicle arrived along with a video to keep me informed on what was available. Nick was very patient and understanding with my husband and I as making our choice took much time and thought. When we made our decision the entire team that went through the process was very professional, kind and thorough explaining everything we needed to know. We are very happy and highly satisfied with our experience and our new MDX. Nick has contacted me since to be sure all is going well and graciously answered the few questions I had. He made sure we knew he was there for us if we needed him to explain any features in the MDX in the future. I have already recommended Acura and Nick to a freind that is searching for a vehicle and will recommend going forward.Always Above and Beyond

by ELC on 04/19/2025I had the absolute best experience trading in my Acura Integra and purchasing a 2025 Acura ADX Aspec Advance SUV. Even though my Integra was two years old and thus was subject to steep depreciation, the sales manager Josh Chase offered me… a more than fair value as a trade in. My salesperson Nick Randazzo spent a lot of time with me and answered numerous questions (via text) for a few weeks before I came into the dealership test to drive the vehicle. Nick is the paradigm of professionalism! He is friendly, informative and patient. Josh Chase gave me a discount on the new ADX which then allowed me to load up on some great accessories for the vehicle. Charles Romulus who is finance manager patiently explained the fine details of the vehicle service contracts and tire/wheel warranty, etc. This Acura dealership is truly the best and all the people there are so good to me and my dog! Thank you all for making this sale such a great experience. I do want to thank Mike and Sarah Craig for running a first-rate dealership! It truly starts at the top!Fantastic experience

I'm happy with the service and return as needed for maintenance. I love driving my Acura RDX. It has been a great… vehicle and hope it lasts many more miles.
