Best Dealership Experience!

After a horrible experience with 2 different Andy Mohr locations I visited O’Brien Toyota. They were wonderful! Tate Hackler and Trevor Spears made my buying experience the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. They worked with me and… helped me find exactly what I wanted with a lot less miles for a very reasonable price. They were fantastic! Amazing team!

We negotiated a price via e-mail went in and looked at the 2014 Rav4 Limited, put down a deposit and O'Brien went to work adding a few options. I received a call that its was complete,… we went in signed some papers and left with a fine vehicle that we have already tested the AWD on!! Flawless job!O'Brien was Great!

They don't even bother to put the questionable cars on the lot, they'll just send them to the auction. I don't know if it's the… owner or manager but they someone seems to take pride in what they are selling. 2nd--Salesman Dale S. Don't get me wrong, I understand that he has to make a profit on a sale...but he didn't try to make his entire month salary on my sale. He was honest with me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. 3rd--Whoever details their cars knows what he's doing. There is something to be said about a car that's clean, that shines but is not so shiny that it looks tacky.Awesome Salesperson

We had searched for a fair price all over Indiana and the Chicago area. We saw on the Internet that O'brien had what we… wanted. Danielle L. is the salesperson that answered our call. Wow we're we fortunate to find her. Not only was she instrumental in getting us the best deal but she knew Toyota's. Every question we asked was answered. Danielle showed us how to operate our new car and set it up. She remembered we have two granddaughters and tied two big balloons on our car when we picked it up. How special is that. OBrien beat the trade-in price of my 2000 4runner by $100. Already had a trade in price (of… my 2000 4runner) from another dealership that s*cked; Beck Toyota (Indianapolis), due to misdiagnosis (twice) of mechanical issues on my 2000 4runner. With excellent credit; financing was easy at OBrien No sales hassle; basically went in and picked the keys up, since i already had a quote on my trade in at another dealtership In and out of OBrien in less than 2 hours Nice people at OBrienDecent service and good price quote

by cdg5 on 12/17/2011updated 04/25/2025Date of this review: 12/17/11 Personal history with OBrien Service: 2 different 4Runners since 2003 nice people long tenure of service people; including the service manager more than fair price compared to 2 other dealerships in the… area service is a bit slow; always seem to be short handed accurate diagnosis of the issues; 95%+ of the time Major Complaint: Bought a new 2007 4Runner from this dealership in Feb. of 2007 Beginning month 2; the entire cab rattled; including the sunroof Brought it back no less than 4 times; including 3 months ago, to fix all the rattles To this day; almost 5 years later, the sunroof still rattles something awful. was told by the service manager that they could not fix all the rattles the second time i brought the vehicle in to fix them was told 2 months ago that to fix the sunroof, they would have to take it completely apart and cost me about $900 to fix it; replacing the bracing unit inside. when i asked one of the service people; John, why they didn't fix it under warranty; he shrugged his shoulders and didn't say much. will be working with the service manager or gm of obrien in 2012 to get this fixed for free; what should have been done any of the other 4 times i brought it in for the same issue. hate this truck with a passion; from day 1, due to the rattles; very annoying after spending so much on a vehicle.Wonderful Experience

She applied no pressure at all and insisted that I try out another vehicle just for comparison sake. She has an outgoing personality, loves to… joke around and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, which relieves some of the car buying/leasing stress. I hope Danielle is there for years to come, so I may continue working with her on my future vehicle purchases/leases. In the end, it was a great experience at this dealership and so far, I love the Prius C.dwaun2, Congratulations on your new Prius C! Enjoy your MPG's as gas continues to rise. Great buying experience

I drove 150 miles to purchase a used Trans Am and when I arrived the car was waiting indoors in a heated and we'll lit area just off the… showroom floor for me to inspect. Enjoyable efficient sales experience
