    My car had to stay at your service dept. for 2 days because parts weren't available. That would have been a huge problem for me because I'm an RN, working the night shift and have no one else to drive me around. However, Chad arranged for a rental car for me and that made all the difference.     The entire transaction was excellent. It is a pleasure to deal with competent and very helpful Penske staff. This is my 4th Corvette purchase from Penske and I'm certain we will do this again

    I just recently got a new Chevrolet Cruze from Penske Chevrolet and i could not be happier. From the moment i walked in to the time i left i was treated with the best customer service. My sales representative Scott was extremely helpful, he was able to get me out of my old car and into a brand new Chevy Cruze for the price i wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I will be referring all of my friends and family to Penske Chevrolet so that they can see what a great car buying experience looks like. Thank you to Scott my sales rep and the management there for giving me a world class car buying experience. I will be coming back once my lease is up to buy another car from you guys!

    This started off as a search on GM.com in which I 'built' the vehicle I wanted. Jeff Copeland picked it up from there and ran with it walking me through every single step. I originally was working with three different dealerships but it became apparent quickly that Jeff was going to be my guy because of his professionalism.

    Our salesman knew we wanted to make a deal quickly and he worked to get everything done as fast as possible for us. We have worked with Jeff Copeland twice and will definitely come back to Penske to work with him in the future on our next vehicle!

    Service was great. Although my check engine light came on when I got my car back and wasn't on before I took it in for the recall. That was disappointing because it's stayed on. But staff is always friendly, service done at a timely manner, and the facility is always kept clean and organized. Fyi: I did not have to pay as this was a visit to fix a recalled issue.

    Great experience - there were technical issues in Detroit that caused challenges for the service team here but they handled it very professionally and got my car serviced and running great as fast as they could!

    My experience has been much better since Rien Hazelwood has been servicing me. My experience has not always been good with one particular advisor. But I will never switch or deal with anyone else besides Rien! Thanks so much for giving excellent customer service.

    I needed 2 things fixed: my ignition recall and remote start. Both were finished in one day, early, and I felt like the employees cared about my concerns. I was also given a ride to and from my house while my car was being fixed, which was fast and friendly. Great all around experience.

    Everything was good until my rep handed off the final bill to a newer employee who didn't read the billing paperwork properly and she billed me for an incorrect amount. The original rep supposedly corrected things by arranging a credit but after 3 days I am still not seeing the credit on my credit card. I was told it could take 2-3 days. This was a extended warranty billing with Triple A. I was billed 406.70 and should only have been billed $100.00

    Jeff Copeland worked very hard to get me an awesome deal. Took me about 3 weeks to decide what to do. They were very patient, professional, and courteous. They did not hound or pressure me into a decision in fact I turned them down at one point then went back to make the deal. Jeff and Allen Asher both were awesome in catering to our needs.I would recommend anyone to go and swe them at Penske Chevrolet. They work hard to earn your business. You will not be disappointed. Go see for yourself.

    Usually when I bought a car from a dealership I felt like I was going to war. Paul went above and beyond to give us the best deal. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with our SUV and how we were treated.

    I needed to get my oil changed before I headed to Florida. Since I had a lot to do, I didn't have a lot of time. I brought my car in and went in to wait. It was finished in good form and ready for me in a very short time. I really appreciated that.

    It was mostly good; I'm not really complaining. But since you're asking: I had a scheduled appt., and was on time, but no one was really set up at 730 am. No one was ready to greet me/do intake until close to 740 am. Not a big deal, but that is not what I'd call a "tight ship." Also, I had clearly stated the reason for my service appt in scheduling the appt., but the confirmation of appt had a bad description - I called and was told that's just how the computer works (this was in re transmission service - I had never said "trouble shifting" or need a diagnosis; I just wanted a drain and fill and new filter, which was recorded correctly further down). Yet, when checking in for the appt., I was asked by two separate people 'What brings you in today?" What's the point of scheduling an appt ahead of time? Maybe they were trying to be nice, but it was quite redundant. Lastly - I think the services were done well and at a normal price, and service writer Ernie A. was excellent in describing things/explaining things, and he answered some add'l question I had (so, no problems here at all), but I have a nagging feeling on why the actual tech/mechanic said I had a rear differential leak. I read up on these after the recommended repair was made (which I agreed to), and there was no sign whatsoever of any leaking oil/fluid in my garage from the rear of the car. Just nothing. What leak, then? All rear differentials will show some greasy grit or "weeping" of oil, but that's not a leak. I hope there really was a leak, as in visibly leaking or dripping oil (again, Ernie was just relaying what the tech said; Ernie was not the tech).

    Sales was definitly helpful in every way. Goes the extra mile to satisfy my experience with the purchase. When i drove off, I notice that all of my tires were low at around 30 psi, but the time i left the gate. it was too late as they were closing.
