    This was my first visit to the service department. I parked where I thought I was close but actually on the whole other side of the building. I walked to the service area and was greeted immediately. I told him that I parked in the wrong place but that was not a problem as he sent a young man out to drive it where it was supposed to be. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything. I continue to be impressed with this dealership and I am glad that purchased our car there.

    I was told my oil change would take 90-minutes; however, it actually took 2-hours. The tehnician had difficulty with the keylock for the tires. He didn't think to come ask me if I had my keyless remote. I was really late for an important meeting in downtown Indy. Other than that I like the service at Penske. Rien made it point to check on my car to see what was going on with the service technician. My oil is changed and my tires have been rotated. I am a pleased customer.

    We got our Equinox LTZ a few days ago at Penske, and Marty, Andrea and Dale were great and supported us throughout our entire experience. Andrea was very nice and responded right away when I started tentatively looking at new cars online. She didn't put any pressure on us to come in. We didn't even intend to go look for cars in person yet, but after we got her message, we decided we would go in to take a look because of her invitation. We told Marty what we wanted, and that's exactly what he found for us. He didn't try to do a lot of wheeling and dealing to try to get us to buy more car than we wanted or could afford. He made us feel good about our purchase decision. This was our first time leasing a car, which wasn't what we'd set out to do when we arrived. Marty showed us the facts about leasing based on my driving patterns and preferences, and it turned out that leasing was a better option for us than buying because I have such low mileage and tend to want to get a new car after a few years have passed. Dale was skilled and friendly as he walked us through all of the finances and paperwork surrounding our purchase. There was a lot of information there for us to take in, and he went through each of the points in a way we could understand. Even though there were many other customers that day, he made sure to take time with us instead of rushing through things. The crowning jewel of our trip was that we drove off of the lot with a top-trim SUV at a monthly payment only a few dollars more than our current payment on a standard-trim Cruze. They gave us a fair price on a vehicle that was a major upgrade from our previous car, at a value we could afford. The main elements that people point to that make buying a car a painful experience were nonexistent during our experience at Penske. Three years ago, I bought my Cruze from another dealership in the area and felt like I had been pushed through the entire process. I did end up getting the right car for me, but I felt like I had no control or say-so as we went along and that I was paying a little more than I could afford at the time. At Penske, I felt completely secure that their team was working together with us to find what best suited our needs. When we get our next SUV, we're definitely coming back to Penske.

    Penske Chevrolet in Indianapolis demonstrated a level of customer service that I have not experienced more than once or twice in my life. Every step of the buying process went smoothly. I was constantly kept up to date by Bruce Heath and Jeff Copeland. These two individuals are best in class to say the least and deserve to be recognized for their unfailingly exceptional work.

    William Penton is wonderful salesman and Kevin got me financed with payment i can handle. I went to 2 other dealerships and nobody at Tom Wood Ford or Ray Skillsman provided service like Penske. They listen to my needs and got me in my dream car. I didn't even know I could have been driving brand new car.

    What really impressed me most about this dealership was the way that the employees worked together as a team. Everyone chipped in to help me, and ultimately found me what I was looking for, and delivered it to me flawlessly at a good price. I was also impressed by the way that they treated me, a new customer, like someone they wanted to keep for the long run. There was a lot of good information given and not a lot of hard selling. By the way, my '09 Silverado is the best truck I have ever owned.

    I am very happy with the used 2010 Tahoe I purchased from Penske Honda on April 7, 2014. We were given an additional discount for my husband's veteran's status and the price was very fair. We appreciated their honor to US military veterans. The management team worked well with us to accommodate our requests and ensured that we were delighted with our purchase. Zack and Shannon provided exemplary customer service and were very attentive to our needs. Their follow-up after our purchase was very timely and showed that Penske Honda cares about their customers long after you drive off their lot. I will recommend Penske Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This is an honest and reputable dealership.

    I purchased a new Impala Saturday and had to say I love it. Aaron and Allan were extremely helpful. They answered every question I asked and new exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Next time I buy, it will be through Penske Chevrolet.

    I had a salesman named Pete. He was very rude and very push you out the door kinda way. They car was listed online for $13,800 after fees and taxes. I went to my bank and got approved for $13,000 and went to the dealer and offered them the 13,000 done deal. They salesman Pete said no way and he would contact me when something avaible like it came through in my price range. I was tired of lookin around wasting gas and dealing with several salesman at dealerships and was getting wore out for say on finding the car that suited me. Well 2 days later I got back on their site and to see if they still had that car I wanted so bad. They still had it and they had a Special internet price for 11,000 so I called and said I was on my way to buy it. I got there and the salesman Pete wasnt happy that I was getting the car less than 13000 after tax when they could have made more when I mad my offer of only $800 price slash because I was now getting around a $2000 price slash. It worked out for me in the end But the reason I was upset is they didnt call me when it was lowered knowing I wanted the car. The salesman took the frustration out on me and wouldnt even fill up the car after I bought it. I argued that by demanding to speak to a manager and I then got my gas but still wasnt a fill up. Then he tells me that since I financed through my bank that they wouldnt get kick backs from their banks and he wasnt make much money on the deal. I like the dealership but not this paricular salesman atleast. But I really dont want to buy another car from them again having the same experience. My wife bought a car from them and the salesman was awsome but hes now a manager so couldnt request him but he was great obvioulsy because he moved up.
