  • A failure to communicate

    I contacted Penske because it is on Costco's dealer list. Simply put, the deal failed because they quoted me a price and later denied that they had offered that amount and bumped it up by about $500. I believe this is because the rep thought the Honda incentive on the Element EX was $1,500 rather than $1,000. Then I found the Element I wanted for about $600 less than Penske's Costco price at another dealer. They probably made an honest mistake, but their lowest price wasn't even close to what I paid.

    I just purchased my second car from Penske Honda and I can recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. My wife and I never felt any pressure and drove several vehicles before we found the right one. The sales manager worked with our sales associate to explain all of the buy and lease options available. Great experience and no pressure. I can also recommend the service department having used it for my wife's honda. Free USA Today newspapers, snacks, coffee and shuttle service. I have used the shuttle service three times, nice option. I will purchase my next car from Penske Honda.

    I was concerned with my less than perfect credit that I wouldn't qualify for a loan, but my salesman, Chris was confident that I should try. He was no pressure, and helped me find a car that I never thought I could have. Now I have a Civic that I am thrilled with and won an iPad mini as well, in the tent sale they had last weekend! Penske Honda is a great dealership to work with!

    This was my first time buying a car. I was nervous and felt like the dealership would try to take advantage of me since i am a first time buyer. My salesman, Brandon, walked me through the process and did not pressure me into buying something that i was not interested in. Penske honored the pricing that was one their website the week before which was no longer up. This made the whole process a lot less stressful. Will recommend Penske Honda to friends and family. I could not have asked for an easier and less stressful experience.

    After searching for about a month for a used equinox for a good price, I found one online at Penske. Once I inquired about the vehicle the sales rep contacted me almost immediately. Andy M was my salesman and he was GREAT! I've had several other horrible experiences In my search and he was a breath of fresh air (really one of the main reasons I purchased a vehicle)! He was not pushy, gave me a good price and was concerned about my personal schedule. I do wish I could have completed the whole process with just him, the finance guy was not very pleasant (just not personal), the individuals that completed the paper work were very nice and family oriented! Once I got the vehicle I was pleased with cleaning detail; however when I got it home and really looked in the cracks and all the holders and what not I wasn't too impressed, not that big of a deal but I shouldn't have to go back and clean a car that was just done by the dealer. They did do a great job buffing out some of the rough spots on the exterior as well as placing new brake pads and servicing the vehicle before picking it up. Andy also set up an appt where they picked up my old vehicle so I didn't have to worry about it. Over all I am very very happy with the service! All the salesmen were very nice, if I was left alone for more than 3sec. I had at least 3 individuals asking if I've been helped or needed anything..GREAT customer service! They were really busy but made you feel like your business was important! I highly recommend Penske Honda and Andy M!!!!!

    After contacting several Honda dealers in Indiana and Ohio, I finally had the pleasure of dealing with Penskes! Our recent purchase was the third Honda we purchased at Penskes...each time due to very competitive prices, courteous dealing, and very professional service in every regard.     Found an Accord and printed out the listing from Cars.com, which said to bring in a copy for $200 off the Internet price. When I showed it to them, they said it was a mistake and refused to honor it. The sales manager gave me the usual b.s. about how he was already losing money on the deal (as if I'm an idiot). He blamed the mistake on Cars.com and would not make good on it. I would have walked out, but the price was good and the car was in great condition (certified). I decided not to blow the deal over $200, but Penske Honda lost all credibility with me. The finance guy was rude. The day after the sale, I called my salesman with some questions. He called me back to let me know it was his day off, and that he would look address my questions the following day. (This was within the three day return timeframe.) That was over three weeks ago, and still no response. I will never buy another car from these guys, no matter how good a deal it is. They are unprofessional and have no integrity. There are plenty of other Honda dealers around....

  • The Only place to buy a Honda!

    I have purchased 3 Honda vehicles from Song Park at Penske Honda since 2006. I just purchased a new 4x4 Honda Pilot Touring w/ NAV & Rear Entertainment System and love it. I have been put off by some other auto sales persons in the Indianapolis area, but have only experienced the best at Penske. Even on a busy day, I am always greeted by someone in the Penske Honda showroom in a cordial and pleasant manner, who make sure I am comfortable while they page Mr. Park for me. Song is the best salesperson I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From the very beginning, Song ensures I have all the necessary information I will need to make my selection, from inventory to the financing deals. If Penske doesn't have the Honda in stock, Song will find it for me. He has always beat any legitimate deal I have have received from other dealers. Simply put, if you need a Honda, Song Park of Penske Honda on 96th St, Indianapolis, is a person you must see before you buy from anyone to make sure you have the best deal...

    The sale person called Song Park is very rude and cann't allow lower quote. Horrible, horrible sales person!!!
