By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. They weren't pushy like other dealers & I know I got an great deal. The finance office was just as great. The obtained financing for me & found me a better rate than I could find at… any local bank. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Thank you!!

by Kuykendall on 11/02/2023Recently passed by the lot of Mace Ford. A 1996 F-150 pick up was displayed. This truck is a standard cab with an 8 foot bed, so typical of the era. Rarely will anyone see a vehicle of that age be found for sale on a new car dealership.… This truck appeared to be in unusually good condition for a 27 year specimen. I waited until the next day to check it out. If it remained on the lot, I vowed to follow up. I received honest, courteous assistance and was offered a test drive. As with all other aspects of this truck, it drove quite well, and the interior and options all worked as intended. The truck has 140k miles, so I will be planning to do some maintenance in the future, but I have been passively on the look for such a find over the last few years. The price was very fair. The speed of processing the documentation for registration was as the license bureau put it, "the fastest in their memory". I am quite pleased by my most recent transaction with the folks and service at Mace Ford.Bought 2 vehicles

The price that was charged was extremely high for the work that was performed and there were additional issues to be resolved. Rex Treadway was the service person we… normally contacted for service on our vehicles but in this case it was someone else.Going forward Rex will be my contact person when I schedule service. I expressed my concerns to Rex and he introduced me to Drew Laumeyer, Parts and Service Director. Drew took the time to hear my concerns and assured me he would look into a way to resolve the issues. Drew set up an appointment to finish the work on my wife's truck at no additional cost. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome due to Drew. I highly recommend this service department at Mace Ford in Terre Haute, Indiana to all family and friends.Was polite to the service department, when I really wanted to be a Karen.
by Bridget on 06/03/20232015 Fusion Took my car in for a recall, that turned into 2 recalls they had the parts for. Plan in the beginning was 1/2hr, but then might as well get both done since I’m here, it will take 3 hrs. They suggested just have someone pick… up you up, ahhh I live 25 miles away, that’s not happening. There is a Hobby Lobby across a parking lot, told the man scheduling repairs, I would walk over there for awhile. No restaurant within walking distance, without crossing four lanes of traffic in 90° heat. Hung out in hobby lobby for awhile, walked back. Ford does have a soda machine, water was not a choice, never did anyone check on me, if I needed anything, my appointment was at 9am. I’m pretty sure I’m not invisible, but I felt like it. In the beginning of hour 5 I walked out to the service bay, just as employee walked up with two bottles of water for himself, he did offer me one, I just want to get my car and leave. I understand sometimes there are unexpected difficulties, but 5 hrs 10 minutes for a 3 hour job. Mace Ford, customer service is greatly lacking, I’m pretty much a happy go lucky woman, but had it been in my nature, I could have easily become a Karen. Will I buy my next vehicle from Mace Ford?Tim

The service manager (Landis Kaperak) has been very helpful every time it was serviced or had… something done. There has been times that I have stopped by with a problem and Mr Kaperak would take car of it personally. I am considering buying again. I would not go anywhere else.AWESOME SERVICE
