by Jordan on 06/17/2021I was contacted by Granger Motors and asked to meet with their salesman because they were interested in purchasing my truck, which I have listed online. They made an offer I wasn't originally comfortable with and when we weren't able to… make a deal, they said if I change my mind in the next couple days, the offer would be waiting for me. I called them back less than 2 hours later and they said they were no longer interested. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! Not to be trusted. Now they're responding to my reviews that they "reduced" their offer, which is not the case. They took it off the table.Great Place to Buy a Car

However, the car I wanted was being used by the owner that day and they informed me they wouldn't want to bother him on his day off to… make a sale. He got back to us very quickly, answered our questions, gave us a great price, great trade in value and… followed up on everything he said he would do. When we got to the dealership to view the new vehicle in person, it was exactly as he had described it. We were given a very fair value on our trade in as well, we were very pleased with how trustworthy John was in the entire process. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member his direction. The price that we were quoted for a brand new vehicle of the exact same style and model was cheaper at Granger Motors, instead of used ones with 15,000 miles on them at other dealerships.
