Ended up talking to the leasing manager and found the fusion would give me a better value ford what I was wanting to do. All… my expectations where met and competitive with Olathe ford where I have purchased my last five fusions over the last six years. Bob Allen is less than a mile from home so very happy about that. Experience was great and everyone was wonderful to work with.Fast, efficient, courteous service.

Not only were the repairs completed in a timely manner, I was updated on the progress… every step of the way. Chico and Rodney were fantastic.It is great to hear you get back on the road with confidence because of your trust in our business! by Janice45 on 05/09/2016OMG all I did was take my new Fushion in to update my Sync and I ended up getting my car serviced and getting a free car wash. They were so quick and did such a great job!! I know most places want you to get serviced through them, since you… bought the car from them, and normally I wouldn't just because they are more expensive than regular places. But this was good money spent!! I will definitely continue to get my car serviced through Bob Allen Ford!! They gave me a time window of an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and they were finished in 50 minutes!! AWESOME!!! They were fast and efficient and I loved the customer service I received!!Great service and communication.

He recommended other maintenance services I might want to get scheduled since my 2011 Ford Edge just turned 60,000 miles, and quoted me the cost,… without pressuring me. I was in/out within 1 hour. Great service.Simply the best

He got our car in and diagnosed the front brakes needed replaced and got the brakes fixed and the car serviced. The time he told us was right on didn't take as long as he had originally… stated. Even though our vehicle isn't a Ford it's a Dodge Journey that doesn't matter at Bob Allen repaired are made professionally. All I can add is Shawn is the best ive recommended him to many others and will continue to do that. Thanks Shawn... Your the mannnn Rick Waltersowner
