    Joe was a great salesman. I wanted a CX5 and he got me into a CX7 for just a little more. Much better value and I love the car!

    i filled out a credit app online not that i thought it would be approved but a short time later i got a call back from a salesman from there saying that he could definatly get me approved i was hesitant to say the least he ran my credit and all saying i was approved and was hellbent on getting me to take the three hour drive there and even said they would pay for my gas if i did not buy a car from them and if i did buy a car they would fill it before i left there with it sounded to good to be true so i did not go there. A few weeks later i decide that since my my vehicle has seen a lot better days its time for a newer one i call rusty eck back and they offer the same thing with gas and all so still thinking its to good to be true i go against better judgement and take the trip there. again i ask the sales rep about my credit and he says it is not that bad and that i am approved. so after driving there i look at a couple vehicles and find one i like we go back in the building to do paperwork and salesman goes in to talk to his manager and after awhile he finally returns and says that they are not going to be able to finance me but i am welcome to pay cash outright for the vehicle. if i had the cash to buy the vehicle outright why would i not be there looking at new vehicles and why would i of asked to make sure they would do the financing before i drove the three hours to get there. feeling i was lied to i told the salesman that i do not want a vehicle from there at all as they lied to me to get me there and if that is how they do business then i do not need to o business with them then i ask then if they are going to honor what i was told about the gas they would pay for and the salesman says yes he will pay it out of his own pocket and he leads me to the door of the building after we are outside of the building he says that its not his fault and that its mine with my credit thats why i could not be approved and i tell him i dont care at this i just want them to honor the part of paying my gas he then curses at me and returns in the store and locks the door on me. unless i am at fault here i do not see how they stay in business at this place if this is how they treat people. i should of listen to others that had told me not to go there and they did put my mothers bf in a very nice truck and a few weeks after he had it he gets a letter from the finance company saying they cant approve his loan at this time he takes truck in to see whats going on with it after a afternoon wasted in there he comes out with a brand new truck that he really dont like the used on he had had all the bells and whistles and the one he ended up getting ha not extras (it had push locks hand crank windows etc nothing extra at all just you normal plain cheapest truck oh and not to mention the used one he liked was only 2 yrs old and like 8200 cheaper) i still contend that he shoul of sued rusty eck for bait and switch. another person i know went in to take up offer of rusty eck ford of there doing your taxes for free after he goes in on it and he did look at vehicles while he was there id not find anything he liked decided not to get one then they decided they wanted to charge him 250 to do the taxes he tells them no and as he is leaving the salesman was rather rue to him also and cursed at him. and on that tax thing i also looked at that as they say they will match it up to 1000 if you use tax money towards down payment but if thats the case then why when i was looking the salesman would never give a price for vehicles every time id ask he would say i have to check on it so when he went back to check on it how much was he price gouging it?

    I do not usually search the internet to provide reviews on things I purchase, but after my car buying experience from Rusty Eck Ford I thought it very necessary. The service provided from when I walked in the door till I drove off the lot in my brand new 2011 Ford F-150 was unmatched. Ask for sales associated Joe Konen and he will take care of all your car buying needs. He was friendly and efficient in his work. I did not have to sit around waiting to test drive or sign papers. He was always right on top of things and really cared about the customer. I truly recommend you consider Rusty Eck Ford for your next car buying need. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Drew

    I'm not one for doing things on my own but i bought a car from Rusty Eck and it will probally be the only place i ever buy cars from. Michael Young was a excellent sales associate. knowagble, easy to work with got me the bast deal for my money didn't try to push a car i didn't want. Got me everything i asked for and more. Car selection was excellent . If you want a new ford go to Rusty Eck. Ask for Michael Young you will not be disappointed!!
