by mwyz on 06/18/2015updated 06/26/2015Our sales person knows us so well that when we called to say we wanted to look at a truck, he had 3 pulled up front for us to look at and we looked at the white one, drove it, drove around the lot to find that there was a more fuel… efficient model of the same truck on the lot, drove it, and that was it. He takes care of the paperwork so that all we have to do is sign, come back and sign the financing, and we are done. Awesome product, awesome dealership, and awesome salesman.Great service

by poorman57 on 05/11/2015I brought my car from Greenwood Ford and noticed a problem with it shifting I took it back to Greenwood Ford. They checked it out and said they had to order a part for it and it would be there in 3 or4 days I went back a week later to see… why I had not heard from them. I was told the part had not come in So they called and said it was on back order but that it was off back order now and was being shipped. A week later go back to see about this part and I am told it is on back order again All I have got from Greenwood Ford is lies and no one willing to find out when they will get the part to fix my car.Everything I expected!

Phillip and Boris were personable and helpful without any intense pressure. I stopped by looking for a 'previously… owned' vehicle and found Greenwood to have a good selection of what I was thinking about. My 'exploration' turned into a purchase based on a excellent price and an organization which worked w/me to meet my needs. In fact when I came back the next day w/an issue it was quickly corrected to my complete satisfaction. I'm looking forward to many years of satisfying servicing needs.Open & Helpful

Chris, Steve and all the other service guys are always friendly and ready to help in anyway. I have been a devoted Ford customer since my Dad… had worked at this dealership all the way back before it was known even as Wallace Motors. Ford, Lincoln or Mercury or nothing in my world of auto's !Very Accomodating!
