    We assisted our son in making a quick purchase of a new vehicle as he had just accepted a new job which required extensive travel and his 1998 Jeep Wrangler (modified for off-road) was totally impractical and had 98,000 miles on it. Our son had a great credit score but only one line of credit, as a user on our credit card while in college. He intended to finance a small portion of his purchase in his name only, to help build creit in his name. I, his father, did most of the background search with dealerships as my son had already started his two-week training for his new job. After deciding upon a new Pontiac G-6 as his vehicle of choice I sent a generic email from Edmund's web site to solicit prices from various dealerships. 7 dealerships within an hour's drive of Georgetown, KY responded to my generic email. One responded about 3 weeks AFTER the purchase was made, another responded about a week AFTER the purchase was already made. Apparently all dealerships do not check their emails with regularity. Of the 5 dealerships who responded within 2 days of sending it, one would not discuss price via email or phone. We were in a hurry to make a purchase but this dealership wanted us to drive to his location to "talk" about the transaction. We declined. He continued to call, even after we had already purchased a vehicle. A sales person from another dealership sounded very sincere and quoted us a price on a new Pontiac G-6, as well as a ranged for a trade in offer for our son's Jeep (sight unseen, so we knew this would be a variable). We traveled to Danville, KY to talk with this Salesperson, only to walk away after getting the run around on the price discussed on the new G-6 via a phone call. This salesperson later came back down to his original sales offer discussed via phone, but we had already wasted one trip to Danville and had written this dealership off. Meanwhile we had received three other email responses and I had called all of them. Two of the dealerships failed to mention "other" incentives that were available. They only mentioned the "Manufacturer" incentives. Only Jeff Anna and his manager Jamie Toliver of Jeff Wyler Buick Pontiac of Florence, KY informed us of every "incentive" available. Not only did they inform us of the GM incentives but they informed us of every possible "incentive" our son could qualify for, including a $500 incentive offered by our own Insurance Company, another $500 for his being a recent college grad, and another $500 Jeff Wyler of Florence, KY also had an additional incentive of their own, in addition to the Manufacturer's incentives (GM). Jeff Anna and Jamie Toliver went out of their way to communicate everything to us via email and phone calls, in arriving at a price to quote us BEFORE we made the hour long drive to Florence, KY. Plus they were able to find competitive financing from a lender who would loan our son $5000 in his name only, with no co-signers. Jeff Wyler Buick Pontiac of Florence, KY also offered our son a trade-in price for his 1998 Jeep Wrangler that was competitive to any of the other dealers who had quoted us a price. We made one trip to Florence KY and closed the deal in less than an hour. Jeff Anna and Jamie Toliver of were up front and honest from the get go and made this purchasing experience the easiest I have ever experienced. Jeff Wyler's hours were also convenient and our son did not have to miss any time from his new job training, and closed the deal about 7:30 p.m. after work one day. He was in a new Pontiac G-6 within a week of my sending the initial generic email. He would have been in it sooner had I not wasted my time with the "run around" from other dealerships. Jeff Anna and Jamie Toliver took me at my word in my email and phone call that "we were in a hurry" and knew that we were comparing prices. They wasted no time of mine.     Jeff Anna was a great salesman. He did everything he could to help us get a good vehicle for a price that we could afford. When it seemed like it would be difficult to get us financed, he did not write us off and give up, he kept working with us until we were able to get a nice used truck. Compared to other dealerships in the area, the service from Jeff Wyler is a lot better. When i filled out a financing application online i was contacted in less than 1 hour. That is the main reason i have my car from Jeff Wyler and not another dealership. They kept in contact with me and the process was very quick and easy. I would recommend Jeff Anna and Jeff Wyler to anyone in the area looking for a new or used vehicle.

    Looked at G8 GT for over a year and had a great experience at this dealership. They had several GT's in stock and we found a great deal on a demo that was perfect for us. Jeff Anna was a great salesperson, took time with us and never pressured us or pulled out the typical salesperson lines. Highly reccomend.

    I purchased a used 2000 Dodge Dakota SLT crew cab, 2 door, with 108890 miles. I have owned the truck for 2 weeks now and I have to say, for 3100 plus taxes and plates, It was not a bad choice at all. The engine runs good, the interior is very clean. I can't smell the smoke smell, however after closer look of the seat and driver side panel I noticed some cigarette burns, but what can one do about those. The truck is a deffinate step up from my previous single cab 2.2 liter 4 cyl 1998 S-10. Now I can seat 6 passengers and still have a better fuel economic truck compared to a full size truck. Averaging 19.7 miles to the gallon on 3 tanks. The dealership allowed me to look at the truck from head to toe no problem and were very open to it's flaws. The dealership is a pontiac GMC dealership and the Dakota was a trade in from the previous owner. Over all a pleasent experience and the dealer did everything he could for a poor college guy on his final semester of flight school.

    I recently purchased a Pontiac G8 GT from Jeff Wyler Pontiac. I was extremely impressed with the follow up, customer service, and personal attention that I received from Jeff Anna and his team. The overall selection was excellent, and I ended up with the exact model and feature set that I had been looking for. Jeff also kept me up to date regarding pertinent incentives, and made sure that all of my questions were quickly answered. If not for that level of customer service, I would probably still be looking. This was by far my best experience purchasing a car, and I would highly recommend Jeff Anna and this dealership.

    I called the dealership after seeing a used vehicle they had posted on autotrader.com. Professional, courteous, and easy to work with, I have no hesitations in recommending Jason Rebholz or the dealership. I let Jason know that I had an appointment coming up, so I didn't have much time after going over the vehicle to nail down the details. He worked fast and I was on my way after reaching a verbal agreement rather quick, and returned later to finalize the paperwork. Being a used vehicle, there were a couple items that needed to be addressed (like buffing out a scratch), they did a great job.

    We bought a used Pontiac for my college-age son yesterday at Wyler after searching a 250 mile radius from Louisville over a 3+ week period. After initial contact, Wyler's internet sales group contacted us quickly, answered all our questions and provided all the info we needed to make a final decision. They even looked up some details on cars that we were looking at at other dealerships to help us evaluate the vechicle they had vs. a couple of other options we were considering. When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready as promised, and my son couldn't be happier with the result. Jeff Anna, our sales person, had gotten agreement on purchase price taken care of before we arrived, so the paperwork was quickly finished and we were on our way. These folks are good to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who is within driving distance of Florence, KY.

    Great service, I had no appointment, they were able to get me in and out for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly, the sales rep, Ron D, who sold me the car over a year and a half ago, stopped by to say hello, he even remembered my name!

    I just purchased a used truck from Jeff Wyler Buick last week. I had inquired about the vehicle on their website and within an hour had received a call from Chad A. He arranged for us to come into the dealership to look at the truck that evening: had the truck ready to test drive when we got there. Chad and the finance team did an excellent job of getting the best package possible for us. We drove the truck home that evening. I have to say I was not crazy about visiting a dealership. My past overall experiences have been unpleasant, to say the least. Chad and the rest of the Jef Wyler team, however, restored some of that lost trust and confidence. They were genuinely friendly and hospitable, knowledgeable and diligent in their efforts to get us the best deal possible. We will definitely visit them for our next vehicle.

    I had problems with both key fobs. On one fob the remote car starter wouldn't start the car but instead started the security alarm. It had a short and could not be repaired. But Norm repaired a broken battery connection and cleaned the circuit boards on the other and it now works like a new one. I later decided that I wanted two completely working fobs, so I ordered a new one on Saturday. Tuesday I picked up the new one that they programmed to work with my car. Talk about quick turn-around time! I love all the guys in the Service Department (Norm, Bill, John, and Steve). I trust them completely with my 2007 LaCrosse, and they always make me feel like I'm part of the family! I've been dealing with this place for almost twenty years, and I'll never deal anywhere else!

    I bought Buick LeSabres in 1994, 1998, & 2001, and I now drive a 2007 LaCrosse. One son bought a 2001 Century and the other one bought a 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP. Dave Navarre is easy to deal with and is totally honest and extremely helpful before and after the sale. It never takes very long to make a deal because I do my homework and they are very fair.

    A BIG thank you to Ron Daugherty for helping me through the difficult process of getting a nice, almost-new used car with questionable credit like mine. A lot of other dealerships wouldn't even TRY, and Ron and Jason at Jeff Wyler Buick GMC in Florence, KY not only tried but succeeded. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.     I'm always treated like family at Jeff Wyler Buick GMC. Maybe that's because I've been dealing here since 1994! You can really trust the service department. Dan the mechanic usually works on my car and he's the best! John and Steve are so courteous when they book my appointments and go above and beyond to see that I'm happy. You can't ask for more than that! Give them a try--you'll be glad you did!

    My family has dealt with this dealership for a long time and we're never disappointed. Service dept. is very friendly and professional all the way. Work is done, car is washed, and price is reasonable. Scott was the service rep I worked with, and he goes above and beyond! I recommend these guys to all my friends and family!

    I just drove home with the real car of my choice. By searching with Edmunds I came up with the location of the exact Acadia Denali options that I was looking for. I managed all communication with Chad Anderson at Jeff Wyler Buick GMC in Kentucky over the internet. Then when I went in they had everything ready to go and I was on my way with plenty of time to show off the Acadia.

    My wife and I were looking for a very specific vehicle (Buick Enclave...but a certain package w/ specific details). Jeff Wyler was the only one in the Tri-State that had that car on the lot. We originally were dealing w/ a brand new salesman, very upfront, very likeable. As soon as others stepped in to 'help' him (and found out we were using our own financing), we suddenly were treated very poorly. In the annoying negotiating phase, we were talked down to and practically laughed at, as if we were naive (my wife is a Dr. and I have my Master's...we are far from unknowledgeable about this process). So, we went to another Buick dealer in the area and were assisted by a veteran dealer who had been in the business for decades. She really was helpful and located the car on Wyler's lot, but they didn't want to give it to her to make the sale. The whole experience was so unnerving, that we actually ended up not buying a Buick at all! This was our car of choice, but our experience w/ Wyler's staff was so horribly insulting, that we were turned off by the whole Buick route altogether! If anyone from Jeff Wyler is reading this, three weeks have gone by and that car (the one we really wanted) is still on your lot. Also, let the young, new guy chart his own path in the friendly style that he already has. Salespeople like the ones who stepped in to 'help' are relics of the past that you should be trying to get rid of, regardless of their level of sales. Your cars sell themselves. Allow the buyers to feel respected and cared-about. A staff full of inexperienced people who hold that attitude will outsell what you have right now all day long.

    I looked up my desired car on Edmonds.com, Edmonds sent my request to multiple dealers. Chad Anderson at Jeff Wyler Florence was the first email I got, he was very helpful. I made some changes to my request on Edmonds and Chad got back to me right away. I feel if I requested a pool in the back of the SUV, Chad would have had one within an hour. When I showed up to the dealer I worked with Nick Skaats, he was easy to talk to, and very helpful. Everyone that I dealt with at Jeff Wyler was very helpful. It was a 10/10 great experience.
