We were looking for a 2025 black Equinox with AWD. Ana Garcia found the car we wanted! It has everything we were looking for. Ana answered any questions we had and was very kind and courteous. The vibe inside the dealership seemed upbeat… and happy. It truly seems like everyone working there wants to be there. It was a great experience and we will be sure to tell anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Tom Gill and ask for Ana Garcia!

When we got home we noticed all of the tires were under-inflated by… more than 10 psi. The tire monitoring light was on!!Free service

Like dealership though-buy and service here.I needed a new car and actually have a good time buying it!

I did however have issues in scheduling work for the safety recall work done. I… had called to schedule 5 different times only to be kept on hold. I was seriously considering not coming back but when I came into the shop they were great. I didn't take you up on that price because I called another place and their price… was $79.95. That's quite a difference in price - $50.00. Also, I saw on the TV where General Motors was giving each car owner with a recall on their car a $25.00 gift card. I suppose that's for our inconvenience. However, your rep. Mike, said Tom Gill had no such gift cards to offer. Guess, I'll have to write a letter to GM and find out why I didn't receive one.Good Experience
