    The sales experience and test drive were first class and we like the car. We asked for the vehicle to be ready next day by 11:00 am, but had to wait for it to be prepared. When we got home we noticed all of the tires were under-inflated by more than 10 psi. The tire monitoring light was on!!

    Dropped vehicle off for routine service. Dealer called about 2 hours later telling me it was complete. Service was quick and complete.

    Many positives:offer of loaner, wrote air tires request, several people asked if could help me, truthful estimate on pickup day(worst case estimate), receipt was detailed-no negatives this time-previous time full coupon not honored because of detail of exact submission time which I find disingenuous. Like dealership though-buy and service here.

    Ken Campbell was wonderful. No pressure. He worked with me to find my ideal car, even when it meant exchanging the one I purchased one day for a different one the next day. My new car was missing the owner's manual. I mentioned it to Ken and he had it in the mail immediately. Very nice experience.

    proactive in preforming safety recall when I was only scheduled for oil change as a very busy person it was a blessing to have all this completed in one visit. I did however have issues in scheduling work for the safety recall work done. I had called to schedule 5 different times only to be kept on hold. I was seriously considering not coming back but when I came into the shop they were great. I suggest you look at scheduling which is sending a different message when it comes to scheduling recall work.

    I am a Chevy Girl. Every car my husband and I have purchased since we moved to Kentucky almost 20 years ago -- has been purchased from Tom Gill. I love your service team and I love working with Rex.

    My car wasn't running right! But thanks to Toni my service adviser I was able to get in fast and get a rental without any issues, and once I got my car back it ran just like it was new.

    The representatives at Tom Gill are all very professional and courteous. I have been there several times and every time I have been treated like I matter. As a customer, that is the most important thing that can be done.

    The work was performed well, the loaner truck was free, and the repair and recall were completed on time. Can't ask for more than that.

    My Service contact Rex was awesome to work with. He kept me informed of my vehicle status and his customer service exceeded my expectations. This is my 3rd Tahoe bought at Tom Gill and it is because of Rex that I keep coming back. No, I am not a relative, just a satisfied customer.

    Jacob Mullins was the sales rep that helped find our new Silverado. He listed our needs in detail and then presented us with a vehicle that was also in our price range. We only looked at the one vehicle, which we then purchased. Great job.

    I appreciate the service technician's personal explanation about what was going on with my car. Brandi Wolfer was very professional. Marty Moore was very professional, too. However, I did not appreciate the offer to buy my car given by Tim Bowman. That is one of the things I like least about dealing with a car dealership.

    All employees we dealt with were very helpful. We were greeted immediately, and all services were completed in a timely manor. Thanks to your rental car service you made my experience more convenient.

    My car was in for a recall. It was taken care of faster than I expected. I was told that my car needs front and rear wheel alignment at a cost of $129.95. I didn't take you up on that price because I called another place and their price was $79.95. That's quite a difference in price - $50.00. Also, I saw on the TV where General Motors was giving each car owner with a recall on their car a $25.00 gift card. I suppose that's for our inconvenience. However, your rep. Mike, said Tom Gill had no such gift cards to offer. Guess, I'll have to write a letter to GM and find out why I didn't receive one.

    Good experience. Very pleased with our salesperson Falica. She took the time to answer our questions and was not pushy. Falica made this experience very pleasurable. We were also impressed with the financial rep. LaRon. He was also very easy going and pleasant to work with for the financing. Overall we had a very good experience with Tom Gill's dealership.
