All around horrible experience

Our experience with Ryan and the front desk left us feeling like the whole operation was shady. Luckily we found the exact… Subaru we wanted. Although it was 90 miles away, I found the customer service experience that was completely lacking at Bachman. Bachman made the difference all right - but not at all in a good way!Great expertise and customer service
