  • Purchased a car full of lies

    So I was finally ready to buy a new car/van but as I arrived said I wanted to look at 2 different cars. I was presented with the most expensive of my 2 I asked for and rushed through everything and when I asked about damage or recalls I was… told it had the blue seal and was checked and certified and car fax said no crashes. This car did not have an oil change per the dash board. After seeing the car in the day light it had the bumper replaced with even the lights replaced and the coloring was clear it was completely redone!! Also drove off the lot late with the door locked behind me and my dash completely blacked out. Come to find out after a night of tears it had 6 recalls!!! One of them was the sliding door of the van could open while driving. None of this was fixed or corrected even after asking about it specifically!

    I traveled from Nashville to Louisville to do business at Oxmoor Ford. The vehicle was just as described. Dylan was a great salesman. No pressure. Got an excellent vehicle at a fair price.

    Was coming from three hours away, so I began the process by texting with the sales department. When I showed up, they had all of the transaction paperwork ready and even the financing portion went by in a zip! Everyone was super friendly… and I am in love with my new F150!

  • Another horrible experience

    Gave Oxmoor Ford Service another chance after a bad experience in 2023 and seriously regret it. Brought my F150 in for repairs and made an appointment for 8 am on Wednesday. Hadn’t heard back by 3 on Friday so I called. They told me they… hadn’t had time to look at it yet and it would probably be Monday. They said they were busy and hadn’t even ordered the parts yet. They tried to offer me a discount but I went and picked up my truck to take it elsewhere for that $4000 worth of repairs. I’ll never go back for service or to purchase my next truck. Terrible service!!

    Service department required car to arrive at 9:00 am on Tuesday. Work was not started until the following afternoon. No communication. This was involving a recall for a part replacement.

    We went in knowing what we wanted. Nick Bentley the sales representative was very helpful and personable.
