    We loved working with John Safi at Oxmoor Lincoln! We weren't thinking we would purchase a vehicle that day, just test drive one. John made us feel relaxed and was never pushy in any way. It was truly a pleasurable experience for us at the dealership which is something neither of us had ever experienced buying a car in the past. Car shopping had always been viewed as a necessary evil but not anymore! We ended up ordering a 2023 Navigator that day and have been thrilled with our purchase.

  • Piss poor service

    I brought my car in for a recall. The technician had to replace some wiring. There is plenty of evidence that he did that, because he left a bunch of wiring and trash scraps in my trunk. He soldered wire that dripped into my carpet trunk liner. Also did not finish the job by putting the car back together, as there is a couple pieces missing and one just sitting in the trunk loose.

  • Good service despite some bumps

    My Escape went in for a recall of a recall (an earlier fix by another dealer to an oil heater problem may not have been completed). Oxmoor needed to get approval from Ford corporate, so the service needed to be rescheduled. Camerin, the service rep, kept me informed throughout the process. On the second service date, Cameron arranged for a rental car, at Oxmoor's expense, since they needed to keep the car and had no courtesy cars available. Recall repair was completed.

    My only concern was they roated my tires. When going home,I noticed that the air in my tires had not changed. It read 37,37 36 and 40. Wouldn't they have the same number. Also,I asked to have the speedometer adjusted. It wasn't done

    I have purchased 7 vehicles from the Oxmoor stores since 2011. Five were brand new and two were gently used. I had always felt they were very fair and honest with me up until my last purchase attempt, when they tried to rip me off on my trade that I had previously, bought right there from them just six months earlier! I was insulted by their offer and decided to go buy my new purchase at a competitor's dealership instead and it turned out that the competition didn't hassle nor haggle and was glad to receive my business.

  • Recalls and oil change plus tire rotation

    I brought my 2021 Bronco Sport in for two recalls and the service greeter asked me about an oil change so I replied with .."it is due one but I had been taking it to another dealership in the past for the oil change and tire rotation" Upon hearing this the service greeter said "we can work those in today if you'd like them done" so I said 'yes' and he quoted me the service price and I said 'okay, let's do it' ..but When I got my car back from the recalls ..no other services had been performed during my waiting period?! I was a bit disappointed but on the bright side I didn't have to shell out $138 for the overly priced service!

    Had a great overall experience with our car purchase. Our Salesperson Wyatt was knowledgeable and personable. Everyone on the Staff was open and friendly. Will definitely return for any future needs and will highly recommend Oxmoor Ford Lincoln.

    Tanner was our sales rep and was excellent. Was not pushy and answered all questions. Wife wanted this car for a while. Bought lincoln cosair in silver radiance. Tanner treated us like family and we appreciate that.

    I just purchased a 2018 Ford expedition platinum trim at Oxmoor Ford. Had a wonderful experience with our sales person Aaron who was personable and very well organized. The sales manager and finance manager were also helpful. We were even able to I have discussions with one of the service technicians which was also informative. Overall we would definitely recommend others to consider Oxmoor Ford for their new and used car purchases.

    I truly liked my salesman, Aaron K. He wasn’t pushy and he was knowledgeable about the SUV I was interested in and actually purchased. The only hiccup was that I had questioned the finance rates they quoted me. Aaron immediately went back to the finance office and found out that the rates originally quoted were incorrect. He came back with the correct interest rates and we were good. He is young but was very easy to talk with. I was happy with my experience there. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door from research on the internet. I wasn’t pushed into looking at other vehicles with more options or a different more expensive model. My whole experience was good and the next day my neighbor decided they wanted to go to the same dealership to possibly purchase their own new vehicle. Hopefully they will.

  • Chip sells the Mustang GT

    After multiple horrible experiences with BMW of Louisville we decided to trade a car (which we did like) but the dealership experience was consistently a nightmare. Saw the mustang on line. It was a a nice car and the salespeople were a little aggressive but reasonable. Did the deal got the car home and being a maintenance guy did some looking. Didn’t see any oil AT ALL on the dipstick. Put 1.5 quarts in still no oil. Thought I was an idiot. Took the car to autozone and embarrassed myself by asking the guy to check the oil. Yep, put 2.5 more quarts in. So I drove that car 50+ miles 4 quarts low on oil That’s how it left the dealership. So zero stars

    I have a car from Oxmoor and the check engine light came on. They told me it would be a month and half before they could get it in.Thats bad business if you can not service your customer s.
