    I have a brake light out and in error thought as part of a PM service the tech would check the lights.

    Your computer deduced from the error codes that it was the fuel pump and filter. They replaced them. Runs great again.

    Our first winter storm made driving conditions less than excellent for my long commute to work. A "low tire pressure" warning appeared on my dashboard and caused me to be more-than-a-little anxious. Since I was used to driving vehicles that simply failed to work without warning, I thought it was a good idea to call Marlene at Oxmoor Ford for advice. She explained that the warning would appear if tire pressure was only 2 pounds off and told me not to worry but to bring it by to have the pressure adjusted. I was nearly due for my regular oil change so I scheduled that along with an inspection of my brakes, since I slid on the ice earlier that morning. As usual, Marlene and Oxmoor Ford took great care of my vehicle and gave me an "all clear". I truly appreciate the excellent service I continue to receive from both Marlene Goffinet and Oxmoor Ford!

    Our Salesman Sam was a very great person. We originally went to John Kolts at Oxmoor Ram because he sold my husband a new Ram, but he sent us to Ford because he knew he couldn't sell me a new one. I would recommend him or Sam and everyone else is very professional as well, very great dealership

    Fast, friendly. Offered us a ride to shopping center. Ran our truck through a wash for free. Our service writer was courteous and helped us right away.

    - 2010 Ford Fusion with a disconnected driver indoor handle - Markene was busy so another service agent got the project going - Service price was reduced and the oil change service pack was given free ( that ha ms never happened for me at a dealership service bay before!!) - Staff was very helpful. - I like the new service ent area as well!!

    I had to leave my car for about a week due to the extensive service that was needed on my vehicle. The representative assigned to my vehicle was very attentive and responsive. He was able to get a service vehicle that kept me from being without a vehicle for an extended period of time. I previously had always used Bill Collins Ford (due to me buying my vehicle there), but switched to Oxmoor about a year ago after a bad experience with Bill Collins. I was amazed at how much of a difference the service I receive at Oxmoor compared to Bill Collins. I'm regretful that I never made the change sooner and can't see myself going anywhere else.

    Service work went fine but took longer than expected. I asked how long the wait would be and was told one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. It took two hours. You could do a better job of managing customer expectations.

    My experience this time was much improved over the last service at 5000miles. I requested routine maintenance along with 2 safety recalls. I requested a "loaner" and this was provided since the service estimate time was 6+ hours. I spoke to Matt, my service adviser on the phone and he was courteous and respectful of my time. However, when I arrived at the dealership to drop-off and pick-up, he was not available to speak to me and I had to wait for my vehicle until a different adviser saw me waiting and helped me. Matt was in the area, but appeared not interested or "pre-occupied".
