I was greeted when I entered the dealership. I explained what I wanted and the salesman found the item and I bought it. No hassel at all. A good experience.

Shady dealer
by Ellen on 09/18/2023Tried to buy a new car over internet, told dealer I had 3 other dealers that offered me prices under MSRP, asked what they could offer, was told they only sold at MSRP. Told them thanks but I had better offers. Next day they came back and… they found 2 cars that they could sell below MSRP. Picked one out and when they sent me the offer, it was above MSRP. When I called them out on it, they got rude. Don't know if they thought they could get one over on me because I was a woman, or if they do this to all customers, either way, I walked.Please contact me at your earliest convenience so I can learn how we can better assist you. I had done prior research and a previous dealer could not explain features. I was never… pressured. They presented the facts and I was always given choices. Tyler was my salesman. Our sales associate was an intern leaving for college this fall and he was so knowledgeable and patient!! He allowed me to test drive every car I was… interested in, gave me all the specs and details, and even gave me quotes on all I was interested in, knowing I wasn’t ready to purchase that day. Garret made the whole experience so easy and then the finance associate walked us through all the warranty extra options and payments.
