by MisledOnPrice on 05/26/2016I traveled three hours to purchase a car advertised on the internet after repeatedly verifying via email that the final price would be the advertised price plus ttlf. I had specifically asked that all fees be included in the price and that… any and all dealer add on fees be included. I arrived ready to pay by cash or check and was told I would be paying an additional $499 processing fee. I don't think so. They refused to negotiate the additional fee because the car had been discounted to "rock bottom" price after being on the lot for 60 days. Not my problem. I refused to add $499 to their profit margin for the privilege of buying a vehicle from them and walked away. You have been forewarned.Routine maintenance. (Without an appointment)

The best part is the service manager Norm E who takes the time to explain to me what is wrong with my car or the next service that I need to keep my car maintained. I completely… trust him. NEVER HAS HE TALKED DOWN TO ME BEING A WOMAN AND ACT LIKE WHY SHOULD HE EXPLAIN THINGS I MIGHT NOT UNDERSTAND. I've never had those kind of experiences at any other dealership that I've dealt with over the years. Larry Stovesand is sooo fortunate to have a manger that care about the service you receive also willing to take time to explain things even when he is busy. He makes you feel just as important as the next customer, no matter who you are. I have never had to take my car back because they didn't take care of the problem. I have faith in the entire service dept.
