  • Super and affordable help with my check engine light and resulting issue

    My check engine light came on. They diagnosed the problem, and called in my warranty. My bill was much cheaper than anticpated. They were efficient and very helpful!

    The service staff were professional about scheduling, & service techs were speedier than previous dealerships. I was a little disappointed that other typical services were not offered however; such as tires & other fluid checks.

    I would recommend to anyone to use Don Franklin and our salesperson Zachary Strunk. Great Price !! Great Service !! We live over 300 miles away and it was well worth it.

    Fast courteous service, didn't have to wait long.service tech called me when my car was finished, and also alerted of additional service being done.

    Friendly folks in every Dept, they help make each visit fun. The staff is friendly helpful and always willing to laugh, they make it a place where even though you are spending money, it's still good.

    I do not like to wait over 40 minutes for an oil change. Just don't think it should take hour and half. When I brought my car in for its first oil change the service rep said nothing about them rotating my tires which took little longer. All in all I was satisfied except for the long wait?

    Tracy Whitaker was awesome to work with! His caring and compassionate attitude to get me in the right vehicle was outstanding! He and the finance crew worked harder for me to get in the right vehicle than anyone ever has! Don Franklin and its crew now has my business for life!!! A++++ all the way!!!!!

    The service was scheduled and complete on time. The parts were not all available, but the recall work was completed and the parts were ordered for the warranty work.

    It was good! Took a while for service to vehicle to be finished, but overall a great experience. Thank you! We had oil changed, adjustment made to door, and check engine light turned off.

    I had an up coming trip planned with several friends and had procrastinated in ordering the luggage carrier and rack. The day before we were scheduled to leave I show up for my install and the keys were missing from the shipment. I panicked, how in the world am I going to get all the stuff four women pack for vacation in the back of a Buick? I was scrambling around looking for alternatives when I was contacted by the service department, Ray Seabolt had actually called a lock smith and had the lock keyed for me. They exceeded every expectation and really took on my issue as if it were their own. I cannot express my gratitude, and really appreciate your hard work Ray, thanks!

    I must say that Don Franklin of Somerset is the BEST DEALERSHIP we have ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. We received excellent service from Joe Cummins, the General Manager, and James Adams, our Sales Agent. They both were very courteous and friendly and after we told them what we were looking for, they led us right to the perfect vehicle. Our Equinox fits our needs and we stayed in our price range. Paul Watson also did a great job handling our financing. We absolutely love our new Equinox and we will definitely recommend Don Franklin Chevrolet Buick GMC to all our friends and family! We were happy when we went in that morning and were even happier when we left! Thanks for a great experience.

    I appreciate the honesty we received from salesman and manager. Very eager to help us any way they could without lying to us (a lot of places we have been to have not done this). This is my second vehicle I have purchased through a Don Franklin lot. I plan to continue.

    I purchased a vehicle at this car dealership almost a year ago. I will have to say, it is the worst car I've ever owned. I had been wrecked and preowned by a car rental company. I asked for a carfax report and they brushed me off. I should have RAN!!!! They are their own insurance companies and do not report the wrecks. So, I called and tried to switch the car out and get out of this nightmare. They ran my credit so much that I can't get credit now! It was a bad experience and I will not buy from them again. I will not let my family or friends either. I was a faithful customer and had purchased there before. But, not any longer. If they ripped me off, they will rip you off too.
