    I took my 2013 Ford Fusion in because the passenger side door would not close. I found out there was a recall on the Focus that actually applied to the Fusion. Wray Ford was great and not only put me in a rental and fixed my problem but they also took care of three more recalls the car had. Thanks for the great service!!!!!

    Repairs were performed in a very timely manner. I was worked into a already busy day, which I appreciated. It takes some coordination to get my vehicle into the shop and myself back several miles away to work.

    We just purchased a Ford F150 XLT Sport. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Wray Ford in the past 12 years. If that is not an indication of excellent service and a great staff than anything else I could write would be a waste of time. I WILL use Wray Ford again and do recommend them to anyone in search of a new ride.

    Came in for oil change and 25,000 mile Check up on a Saturday around 11 am... All staff were friendly and took care of me timely! They always do a great job!

    Went in for "The Works" -- oil change, tire rotation, etc., on my F-150. I was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly, courteous staff, as always. I even had a chance to visit for awhile with my salesman.

    The service experience was just fine. The follow up mail & email was not! Telling me I had service issues that may need attention, i.e. break wear. My truck only had 4,800 miles on it. I think it was a marketing tactic to get me back, wasting my time, fuel, etc.

    I purchased a Ford Escape, the sales person was very helpful and friendly. The service was great and we did not wait very long from the time we test drove to the time we drive off the lot with the vehicle.

    Reggie and the others always take good care of me. They have as long as I have owned my Ford Edge. It's a 2010 model if that tells you how long they have taken care of me.

    One of the reasons I purchased my new vehicle at Wray ford is because I had brought in my older ford, and they were so professional and helpful. I felt like they appreciated my business, even though I hadn't bought my older one there. I have already recommended them to my friends.     Bought a F450 King Ranch in March 2009 from this dealership. In May 2010 took it in with engine concerns (32,000 miles on truck). I was told that they could not look at it for approximately 3 weeks. Was told that they would call me. 3 days later, engine went out about 200 miles from home in Paris Texas. Called them about getting it towed in, was told to let the Ford dealership in Paris work on it, as they would still not be able to look at it for 3 weeks or so. Long story short, Ford denied warranty coverage on engine because of fuel filter issues, and it cost me almost $16,000 to get engine replaced and a month of being without my truck. This would have completely been avoided had they at least looked at it when I took it in. I realize that there are significant issues with the Ford diesels; but if they are failing faster than they can repair them, they need to stop selling them for awhile.
