Why would I buy a Jeep from anywhere else!?

The sales staff were very knowledgeable on all makes and models available but we elected to drag Keith out in the snow with us to check out their massive selection of… Grand Cherokees. There were so many to choose from! Laredos, Limiteds, Overlands, Summits...even an SRT! We had to choice of several different colors and options, even the ability to order a custom one if we didn't like any of the models available on the lot. Ultimately, we settled on a fully loaded 2014 Grand Cherokee Eco-Diesel and we COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Keith even sat with us after we purchased to demonstrate all of the features and make sure we were acclimated with our new Jeep. The entire buying process was quick and easy. We will never shop anywhere else. :)Not Honest

They were just replaced 6,000 miles ago and are in great shape. Don't even bother going in to their… store. They are not honest.Best Experience Ever at a Car Dealership

I am familiar with the folks at Adams Jeep so I wasn't expecting any of this when I went to look at used cars yesterday, but the… experience I got was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Keith C and he instantly took me onto the lot and showed me two cars that he felt fit my budget and goals. We took one for a test drive and he answered every question I had. Once we got back, he walked me into Steve M's office. Steve was extremely courteous, professional, and worked out a way to get us the car we liked within our budget. I was blown away by the professionalism, courtesy, and also how quick the process unfolded. I walked into Adams at 3:30pm. By 4:45pm, I was riding home in my new 2005 Buick Lacrosse. I would recommend anyone that's even considering possibly buying a car to head out to Adams Jeep. You absolutely won't be disappointed. Keith and Steve are two class people, models of professionalism. I will never buy a car again without consulting with Adams Jeep.New Jeep

Most pleasurable vehicle buying experience ever, hands down! I didnt have 2 hours invested in getting my new vehicle. No sitting around in a… dealership for 3-5 hours trying to work out a deal. I have tried to do deals with NUMEROUS internet sales staff at other dealerships in the past and it is always the same, ohhh come in and we can talk. If I wanted to come in,,, I would not be trying to deal with the internet sales staff! Well this dealership and Keith Cook are different, they were exactly what an internet sales department should be. I will buy here again. Give this dealership a chance, I am sure you will be pleased as well.Great Service

I happened to be down near Adams so I just stopped in. Wen I went in the door I met Keith. I informed him I am looking for a 3rd car. We… don't really need one but with a 17 yr son would help a lot. At this time he took me out to where the 2 door jeeps are. As we walked I told him what I was looking for in the jeep. As we walked up to the 2 door jeeps I saw one that I loved the way it looked in the silver I wanted. He walked over to it and said this has everything you want except for the running boards but they can be added very easy. As I looked over the jeep and I asked questions he pointed out things that you would think are standard in a jeep like air condition. He told me that if I did not buy it from them to make sure that and a few other things were in the jeep. They were all things that I thought would have been. After all my questions were answered we walked in and he gave me the best price he could. At this time I reminded him that I would be going to other dealers for the best price. He told me to call if I had any questions. I did look at 4 other dealers. One wanted to sell me a jeep with less on it for $1000.00 more. The 2nd one I gave my specks to and they never got back to me. I guess they are just selling to many jeeps to care. The 3rd one was just rude. And the 4th one came in at the same price. I chose Adams because they never made me feel like I was being pushed or settling for something I really didn't want. I also liked that they informed me about other things to look for when buying the jeep. I have already told my friend who is looking for a jeep about my experience.First Car

I think any buyer knows that the price listed on the internet for a dealership usually includes applicable rebates and discounts - and that a disclaimer stating such is always present by the price. I had a very different experience with Adams, and am extremely happy with my car buying experience and new Jeep!
