He goes above and beyond for us, always has a smile on his face and truly… continues our relationship to keep us happy!! Any questions or concerns we have he always makes sure to take care of us and never makes you feel like a bother. Buying cars is never really a fun process but Jae just makes it really pleasant and really cares about his clients. I test drove the same car three times because I really wanted to be sure that was the one I wanted, and on each occasion, Jae was so welcoming! Not once did I ever feel… rushed or that I was being “too much.” Not only that, but he also took the time to explain the process of buying the car in the most economical way possible for me. I didn’t have to deal with unnecessary fees or hidden costs - he was transparent with the whole process in general. He’s super responsive, but never puts pressure on you to buy anything. I wish every car dealership and sales advisor did business with the integrity and candidness that Jae does.Hi, thank you so much for your feedback!
