There isn't anything special about cadillac other than it was just easy and I knew everyone at the dealership and had always been treated very well. My very large family has been faithful… customers of Russel Toyota Scion for many years. So when my son wanted a new Scion a few years ago I called David D. and he took care of us. When I recently decided to buy a new car I wanted to consider my options. I went to see David to test drive a couple of Toyota models that I was considering. Not only did I like the 2014 Avalon but I was offered more than I expected for the trade-in value for my used Cadillac and given an exceptional price for the purchase of the new car. I didn't have any reason to look anyplace else. I was treated like family! From my salesman to the trade-in manager, to the finance manager to the young man that gave me the orientation on all the features of my new car, the service was Over the Top! Best experience scheduling an appt by far. Very polite and very helpful. Special thanks for making sure a loaner… car was available to me on short notice otherwise i would've had to try to entertain my 3 year old in your facility since I didn't want to have to switch her car seat into a shuttle. The gentleman that checked me in when I pulled into the service bay was friendly and quick. As was a different gentleman that was present when I returned the loaner. Perhaps name tags would be nice so I can identify these gentlemen in the future. If they already wear them, than it must not have been noticeable. Kelly M. (my Service Rep this time) is always wonderful to deal with. She gives off the vibe that she likes her job and is good at it too. She demonstrates what seems to be a genuine concern for her customers and the service Toyota provides them.Dealership dedication

I was there from 8:00 til 11:30 and he promised it woul;d be done by 11:30 and it was on the nose. I came in… thinking I had one recall on my truck but he notified me of the second and had the guys take care of it so I would not have to make another trip back. He is always helpful and a great part of your team. Every time I come in I try to get him to get my service started.great staff member

The breaks were fine but there was a problem with the power line/hose. Terry had… already looked it up under my warranty to see that it was covered before calling me with the details. At first she was not able to get the part till Monday but my car was ready SaturdayDo not trust their sales and finance people

Did have to wait maybe 90 minutes but the waiting area is very pleasant and I was very surprised at the total check up… my vehicle received so the longer then expected wait was well worth it for sure!!I love my new car

My family and I have been dealing with Brad J. for a couple of years and he is one of the… most professional, personable, and likeable people I have ever met. He was able to find what I wanted in a car and explain everything in the vehicle clearly. He worked with us for financing and was completely transparent. I didn't feel as though he was trying to just sell us anything. He was trying to sell us something we actually wanted and could afford. If you want a Toyota, call Brad J.Fast & Easy
